自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:Automated warehouse is an important part of modern logistics, and it is also one of the important contents to reflect the degree of modernization of an enterprise management. With the continuous development of information technology and the wide application of network technology, the management of automated warehouse has also begun to change to the direction of information. Through the research of automatic warehouse management, a set of automatic warehouse management system is designed and implemented, which is of great significance for the rational allocation of warehouse resources, the improvement of warehouse layout and the improvement of warehouse management level. Through the design and development of automatic warehouse management system, not only can the advance of automated warehouse management be improved, but also it has important social and economic benefits. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, introduces the status quo of the research at home and abroad, summarizes the automated warehouse, and introduces the organizational structure of the paper. On the basis of this, this paper studies the allocation strategy of goods and the task scheduling of incoming and outgoing storage, and introduces the strategy of storage and allocation of goods, the task scheduling of goods in and out of storage, tsp traveling salesman problem and genetic algorithm, and so on. This paper analyzes the requirements of the system, including functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, and introduces the development platform and language of the system. The system is designed. Firstly, the overall design of the system is carried out. On the basis of this, the function modules of the system are designed. Finally, the database design of the system is introduced, and the database tables involved are designed. The realization of the automatic warehouse management system is mainly the realization of the function modules, such as system storage management, exit management, withdrawal management, allotment management, inventory management, basic information management, system management and so on.
