技術(shù)文檔自動(dòng)生成系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In the process of development and development of aviation products, a large number of technical documents need to be compiled. There are thousands of technical documents related to the development of a single model of aviation products. The document format is strict, and engineers and technicians, The management prepares the document the workload to be enormous, takes a long time. Technical documents involve the determination of all kinds of technical indicators, and their referencing relations and key indicators are complicated, it is difficult to ensure the consistency of technical status, and document knowledge is difficult to reuse fine-grained. There is an urgent need to develop an automatic generation system for technical documents, which is targeted to the units in the industry and more in-depth integration of aviation business, to effectively manage and intelligently compile the technical documents. At the same time, it also meets the industry security and confidentiality requirements for access control of confidential technical documents. In this paper, according to the actual needs of the industry units, the system of automatic generation of technical documents is analyzed and the system is designed in detail. The system is divided into eight modules according to its functions, namely, basic resource management, template management, etc. Document structure, document preparation, document management, document retrieval, data statistics, personal center. The system is based on the MVC framework, and the Oracle 11g database is used to develop the system. This system automates, standardizes and manages the technical documents in the process of aviation product development and development, expresses the knowledge granularity of the documents, and establishes the relation between the technical documents and the key compiling indexes. To realize the knowledge reuse in the process of technical document preparation, the automatic generation of general content, the final and effective standard document preparation process, the shortening of document preparation cycle, the improvement of document quality, the reduction of compilation cost, and the satisfaction of management document. The requirements of off-line compilation of engineering documents and long-term storage of electronic documents can realize the close integration of design knowledge and process, and improve the capability of model development.
