基于開放式數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the development and delivery of liquid rocket engine, the test task increases rapidly, the test safety and quality fine management requirements are higher and higher, the test system scale, data acquisition and analysis ability requirements are greatly increased in engine development. Test-run data has also increased dramatically, and the storage of these data has become a huge challenge that has to be faced. On the other hand, the data utilization is too low after the test run, a large number of test data are not fully analyzed. In this paper, an open data service based test data management system is proposed. On the one hand, the storage of test data should be solved; on the other hand, the test data should be fully analyzed and utilized. In this paper, the theoretical basis of the experimental data management system is studied, and the open service bus and the basic theory of experimental data management are explored according to the characteristics of the system. Then the key technology of the test data management system is introduced. Aiming at the lack of unified standard of the data model of the database, the application model of liquid sending data based on ODS is put forward, which effectively solves the problem that the data model is not unified. The database of relational database must define a set of physical storage format separately to complete the standardized data storage. This paper formulates the internal storage specification of relational database with the help of ODS, including: which tables to store, what information to store, Which are primary keys and so on. As long as the data model and interface are implemented, the data access can be realized without considering the physical storage format specification, which effectively solves the problem that the physical storage format must be unified. Finally, a liquid rocket engine test data management system based on open service is developed to deal with the problem of liquid rocket engine test data processing. The system includes test task management and schedule monitoring, test flow management, remote data automatic collection, centralized storage based on dynamic database, data presentation and processing, and related development and implementation of system management. In this paper, several key technologies are discussed on the theoretical basis, especially the open data service, which lays a solid foundation for the design and implementation of the experimental data management system. The system has been successfully developed to meet the heavy test tasks of liquid rocket engines and the rapid development needs of our institute, and to meet the requirements and trends of the future space technology development. In order to speed up the pace of information management of military enterprises' test data, it has important practical significance.
