呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用在社會的各行各業(yè)之中,不斷改變著人們的工作和生活方式。管理信息系統(tǒng)在人事管理工作中的應(yīng)用具有一定的代表性,管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,改變了人事管理工作的方式和效率。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)呼和浩特供排水有限公司現(xiàn)階段的人事管理工作中存在一些問題,為對員工建立完整的電子人事檔案和電子合同副本,員工的請假手續(xù)還以傳統(tǒng)的人工審批流程,在進(jìn)行員工招聘時,還依賴于第三方平臺來進(jìn)行等問題,不利于現(xiàn)階段人事管理工作的開展。傳統(tǒng)的人事管理方法存在弊端,會影響工作效率,降低人力生產(chǎn)效率。借助信息化技術(shù)對企業(yè)人事管理工作進(jìn)行管理,是順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要的,同時也是企業(yè)進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)的主要途徑。基于以上論述,本文對呼和浩特供排水有限公司的人事管理工作以及現(xiàn)存的管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)和發(fā)現(xiàn)人事管理工作中存在的問題。經(jīng)過調(diào)研分析之后,完成系統(tǒng)功能需求分析以及非功能性需求分析。本文針對呼和浩特供排水有限公司現(xiàn)階段人事管理工作的需求,對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計,將系統(tǒng)劃分為八個功能模塊,分別是組織架構(gòu)管理模塊、招聘管理模塊、應(yīng)聘管理模塊、調(diào)動管理模塊、檔案管理模塊、合同管理模塊以及系統(tǒng)管理模塊,使呼和浩特供排水有限公司的人事管理工作更加方便和快捷。呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),基于Java EE平臺,使用Struts、Spring和Hibernate三個開源框架開發(fā),系統(tǒng)的Web服務(wù)器使用Tomcat,系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器使用MySQL。系統(tǒng)在分析和設(shè)計階段完全按照軟件工程思想及流程而進(jìn)行,運(yùn)用UML對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能需求分析,運(yùn)用流程圖及時序圖對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計,確保了系統(tǒng)功能的完整性。呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,解決了呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理工作中存在的實(shí)際問題,具有很高的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, computer technology and network technology have been applied in various industries of society, constantly changing people's work and life style. The application of management information system in personnel management has certain representativeness. The application of management information system has changed the way and efficiency of personnel management. Through investigation, we find that there are some problems in the personnel management work of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd. At this stage, in order to establish complete electronic personnel files and copies of electronic contracts for employees, the procedures for staff taking leave are also through the traditional manual examination and approval process. When recruiting staff, we also rely on the third party platform to carry out the problems, which is not conducive to the development of personnel management at this stage. There are disadvantages in traditional personnel management methods, which will affect the efficiency of work and reduce the efficiency of manpower production. The management of enterprise personnel management with the aid of information technology is in line with the development of the times and the needs of reality, and is also the main way for enterprises to carry out information construction. Based on the above discussion, this paper investigates and analyzes the personnel management work and the existing management information system of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd., and summarizes and finds the problems existing in the personnel management work. After investigation and analysis, the system functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis are completed. Aiming at the demand of personnel management in Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd, this paper designs the function module of the system, and divides the system into eight functional modules, namely, organizational structure management module, recruitment management module, etc. The application management module, the transfer management module, the file management module, the contract management module and the system management module make the personnel management work of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd more convenient and fast. The personnel management system of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd adopts B / S architecture, based on Java EE platform, using Struts Spring and Hibernate three open source frameworks. The Web server of the system uses Tomcat, and the database server of the system uses MySQL. In the stage of analysis and design, the system is carried out in accordance with the software engineering idea and flow chart. The function requirement of the system is analyzed by UML, and the function module of the system is designed by using flowchart and timing diagram, which ensures the integrity of the system function. The application of personnel management system in Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd. has solved the practical problems in the personnel management of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd., and has high practical application value.
