【摘要】：隨著酒駕管理力度的不斷加大和相關(guān)政策的不斷完善,酒駕事件發(fā)生概率明顯下降,但是考慮到目前公安系統(tǒng)工作人員對酒后駕駛違法行為人的管理還處于手工操作階段,對人員信息的各種操作效率低下,而且管理的精準(zhǔn)度不高,因此設(shè)計實現(xiàn)酒后駕駛違法行為人信息管理系統(tǒng)迫在眉睫。鑒于此,根據(jù)公安部門對酒后駕駛違法人員信息管理的需求,本文擬定設(shè)計實現(xiàn)此酒后駕駛違法行為人管理系統(tǒng),以期提高酒后駕駛違法行為人管理的工作效率。本文設(shè)計的酒后駕駛違法行為人管理系統(tǒng),嚴(yán)格依據(jù)軟件工程開發(fā)流程,充分結(jié)合酒后駕駛違法行為人管理的實際實踐,論文首先介紹了酒后駕駛違法行為人管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、以及論文的研究內(nèi)容和論文的組織結(jié)構(gòu),然后介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括J2EE技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等,接著對系統(tǒng)進行需求分析、功能分析和可行性分析,并對系統(tǒng)進行了整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫的分析,之后對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計和編碼實現(xiàn),包括違法駕駛員管理模塊、報表分析模塊、案件管理模塊和用戶管理模塊。本文設(shè)計實現(xiàn)的酒后駕駛違法行為人管理系統(tǒng)能夠充分利用計算機信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),充分發(fā)揮酒后駕駛違法行為人自動化、信息化管理的優(yōu)勢,提高了酒后駕駛違法人員信息管理的效率,為今后的酒駕信息管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing strength of drunk driving management and the continuous improvement of related policies, the probability of alcohol driving incidents has obviously decreased. However, considering that the management of drink-driving offenders by the public security system staff is still in the manual operation stage, The operation efficiency of personnel information is low, and the precision of management is not high, so it is urgent to design and implement the information management system for drink-driving offenders. In view of this, according to the demand of the public security department for the information management of drunk driving offenders, this paper designs and implements the management system of drink-driving offenders in order to improve the efficiency of the management of drink-driving offenders. The management system designed in this paper is strictly based on the software engineering development process, fully combined with the actual practice of drunk driving offenders management. Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of drunk driving offenders management. The significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research content and the organization structure of the thesis are introduced. Then the related technologies in the system development, including J2EE technology, database technology and so on, are introduced, and then the requirements of the system are analyzed. Function analysis and feasibility analysis, and the overall architecture of the system and database analysis, after the system of each functional module and database for detailed design and coding implementation, including illegal driver management module, Report analysis module, case management module and user management module. The management system designed in this paper can make full use of computer information technology and network technology to give full play to the advantages of automation and information management of drink-driving offenders. It improves the efficiency of information management for drink-driving offenders and provides a theoretical basis and technical basis for the future research and development of drunk driving information management system.
