華僑城營銷管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中,對具體處理的信息,其傳輸、發(fā)布、日常管理及溝通的整個業(yè)務流程進行規(guī)范操作,使得房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要助推力,促進企業(yè)的決策科學化、管理信息化及辦公自動化的進程,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力。對與房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng),其開發(fā)需要結合此行業(yè)銷售業(yè)務的特點,將其與信息管理系統(tǒng)中開發(fā)的CRM進行融合,將房地產(chǎn)銷售中的客戶咨詢、銷售合同簽訂、財務管理等一系列事務通過此信息管理系統(tǒng)進行有效的結合,規(guī)范整個房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務的流程,提高企業(yè)銷售效率,降低整個銷售成本,包括人力成本、廣告成本等。對房地產(chǎn)公司營銷管理系統(tǒng)進行綜合的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)等相關的步驟,首先介紹了房地產(chǎn)公司營銷管理系統(tǒng)相關的研究背景,具體的應用環(huán)境及系統(tǒng)使用的研究意義;相關技術環(huán)節(jié)介紹了房地產(chǎn)營銷管理系統(tǒng)具體實現(xiàn)采用的技術環(huán)節(jié)方面的內(nèi)容,首先講述了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工具,然后對系統(tǒng)架構具體的技術進行敘述,包括Spring MVC框架、Spring框架等詳細的內(nèi)容;需求分析階段主要對房地產(chǎn)營銷管理系統(tǒng)中具體的需求分析內(nèi)容進行敘述,首先給出了整個系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程,然后使用用例圖對系統(tǒng)的功能需求進行建模,最后給出了系統(tǒng)的可靠性方面的需求及將來可能的具體功能需求;系統(tǒng)設計階段針對房地產(chǎn)營銷管理系統(tǒng)的總體設計方面的內(nèi)容進行描述,針對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方式首先給出功能模塊的設計內(nèi)容,然后對系統(tǒng)主要的架構與數(shù)據(jù)庫方面進行詳細的設計;系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)階段針對房地產(chǎn)營銷管理系統(tǒng)的核心功能模塊進行認真的分析,確定系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的方案,包括系統(tǒng)具體實現(xiàn)的用戶登錄模塊、客戶服務模塊、信息發(fā)布模塊等方面的具體內(nèi)容,給出了每一個功能模塊采用的異步驗證具體功能設計方面的內(nèi)容;系統(tǒng)測試階段針對系統(tǒng)上述具體實現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容進行軟件測試,依據(jù)軟件測試的規(guī)范流程對具體業(yè)務進行處理,給出了系統(tǒng)的測試環(huán)境、功能測試方面的內(nèi)容;房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)將企業(yè)的各種資源進行組合,實現(xiàn)銷售業(yè)務過程的信息化管理,將房地產(chǎn)銷售準備、客戶資訊、合同簽訂、相關手續(xù)辦理及房地產(chǎn)售后服務的整個流程進行高效的管理及嚴格的系統(tǒng)控制,全面提高房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的競爭力,規(guī)范整個銷售的業(yè)務流程,通過信息化的管理提高整個銷售團隊的工作素質(zhì)與能力,帶動企業(yè)房地產(chǎn)銷售業(yè)務的騰飛。
[Abstract]:In the development of the real estate sales business management system, the whole business process of the specific processing information, its transmission, release, daily management and communication shall be standardized. It makes the real estate sales business management system become an important boost to the development of enterprises, promote the scientific decision-making of enterprises, management information and office automation process, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the real estate sales business management system, its development needs to combine the characteristics of the industry sales business, and the information management system development of the CRM, real estate sales customer consultation, sales contracts signed, Financial management and other business through this information management system to effectively combine, standardize the entire real estate sales business process, improve the efficiency of enterprise sales, reduce the entire sales costs, including labor costs, advertising costs and so on. This paper makes a comprehensive demand analysis, system design, system realization and other related steps to the marketing management system of real estate company. Firstly, it introduces the research background of the marketing management system of real estate company. The specific application environment and the research significance of the system use; related technical links introduced the real estate marketing management system specific implementation of the technical aspects of the content, first of all, described the system development tools, Then the specific technology of the system architecture is described, including the detailed content of Spring MVC framework and Spring framework, and the requirement analysis stage mainly describes the specific requirements analysis content in the real estate marketing management system. First, the business process of the whole system is given, then the function requirement of the system is modeled by use case diagram. Finally, the reliability requirements of the system and the possible functional requirements in the future are given. The design phase of the system describes the overall design of the real estate marketing management system, and the design content of the function module is given for the realization of the system. Then, the main structure and database of the system are designed in detail. In the realization stage of the system, the core functional modules of the real estate marketing management system are carefully analyzed, and the scheme of the system implementation is determined. Including the specific implementation of the system user login module, customer service module, information release module and other aspects of the specific content, given each functional module of asynchronous verification of specific functional design content; In the system testing stage, the software testing is carried out according to the concrete realization of the system, the specific business is processed according to the standard flow of the software test, and the test environment and the content of the function test are given. The real estate sales business management system combines all kinds of resources of the enterprise, realizes the information management of the sales business process, and signs the real estate sales preparation, customer information and contract. The whole process of dealing with relevant formalities and real estate after-sales service is managed efficiently and strictly controlled, so as to improve the competitiveness of real estate enterprises and standardize the whole business process of sales. Through the information management to improve the working quality and ability of the entire sales team, driving the enterprise real estate sales business take-off.
