【摘要】：為了提升高等學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量,針對(duì)高校教師結(jié)構(gòu)及教學(xué)特點(diǎn),基于教師綜合能力構(gòu)建了科學(xué)、有效、可操作的教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法確定客觀權(quán)重,提出了以TOPSIS法為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法,并建立了高等學(xué)校教師教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系.結(jié)果表明,熵權(quán)改進(jìn)的TOPSIS法能彌補(bǔ)指標(biāo)體系受主觀偏好影響過大的缺陷,較好地體現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)的客觀性、公正性和時(shí)效性,搭建的教師專業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)界面友好,易于推廣,為實(shí)際操作提供了便捷的軟件支撐.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities, according to the structure and characteristics of teachers in colleges and universities, a scientific, effective and operable evaluation index of teachers' teaching quality is constructed based on the comprehensive ability of teachers, and the objective weight is determined by entropy weight method. This paper puts forward a teaching quality evaluation method based on TOPSIS method, and establishes a teaching evaluation system for teachers in colleges and universities. The results show that the improved TOPSIS method of entropy weight can make up for the defects of the index system influenced by subjective preference, and reflect the objectivity, impartiality and timeliness of the evaluation. The teacher professional evaluation system has a friendly interface and is easy to be popularized. It provides convenient software support for practical operation.
