【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù),特別是保全技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步,自動化辦公的認(rèn)可與使用程度越來越高,已經(jīng)在政府和不同類型的企業(yè)之間得到了廣泛的普及。自動的辦公系統(tǒng)有效提高了辦公效率,加速了訊息的傳達(dá),更是很大程度上節(jié)省了紙質(zhì)辦公資源。印章以及簽字自誕生之日起,便在傳統(tǒng)的辦公和事務(wù)處理中扮演著十分重要的角色。近幾年發(fā)展起來的電子簽名更是得到了不斷的普及和發(fā)展,其技術(shù)日趨成熟,法律上也得到了認(rèn)可。在這個(gè)大背景下,將電子簽名應(yīng)用于OA辦公系統(tǒng),深入到企業(yè)的決策和審批流程中具有著重大意義。本文首先在整體上論述了課題的來源、背景,同時(shí)介紹了OA辦公系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,介紹了電子簽名的立法情況,論述了電子簽名在法律上的效力。然后從密碼學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)介紹為切入點(diǎn),對比了幾種常見的解密和加密方案,以及PKI與數(shù)字簽名是通過什么樣的方式得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的。其次,對保證該系統(tǒng)安全性、便利性、可擴(kuò)展性所采用的虛擬專用網(wǎng)(VPN)技術(shù)和三層C/S模式也進(jìn)行了介紹。再次,介紹了本系統(tǒng)所采用的USBKEY認(rèn)證方式。本文緊接著對系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了分析。在總括上的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的方式進(jìn)行了研究,系統(tǒng)功能模塊也加以介紹、分析,最后給出了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology, especially security technology, communication technology and network technology, the degree of recognition and use of automation office is becoming more and more high, which has been widely used between the government and different types of enterprises. Automatic office system effectively improves office efficiency, speeds up the transmission of information, and saves paper office resources to a great extent. Since its birth, seals and signatures have played an important role in traditional office and business processes. In recent years, the electronic signature has been popularized and developed continuously, its technology is maturing day by day, and the law has also been recognized. Under this background, it is of great significance to apply electronic signature to OA office system. Firstly, this paper discusses the origin and background of the subject, introduces the development of OA office system at home and abroad, introduces the legislation of electronic signature, and discusses the legal effect of electronic signature. Then, from the basis of cryptography, this paper compares several common decryption and encryption schemes, and how to implement PKI and digital signature. Secondly, the virtual private network (VPN) technology and the three-layer C / S mode are introduced to ensure the security, convenience and expansibility of the system. Thirdly, the USBKEY authentication method used in this system is introduced. Then this paper analyzes the requirements of the system. The design and implementation of the system are studied, and the function module of the system is introduced and analyzed. Finally, the business process of the whole system is given.
