基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的國內(nèi)鍋爐化學(xué)水工況選擇

【摘要】:通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,歸納因鍋爐化學(xué)水工況選取不當(dāng)而造成事故情況,確定了一些常見鍋爐機(jī)組的最適化學(xué)水工況:對(duì)于機(jī)組功率在0~200MW范圍內(nèi)、主蒸汽壓力≤15.7MPa(超高壓范圍)的汽包鍋爐,建議采取平衡磷酸鹽處理(equilibrium phosphate treatment,EPT);對(duì)于機(jī)組功率在200~600MW(不含200MW)范圍內(nèi)的亞臨界直流爐,建議采取給水加氧處理(oxygenated treatment,OT);對(duì)于機(jī)組功率在600~1000MW(不含600MW)范圍內(nèi)的超臨界以及超超臨界直流爐,建議采取給水加氧處理(OT)。
