【摘要】：政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)作為社會(huì)公共資源的價(jià)值和作用已成為全球的廣泛共識(shí),而我國政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)建設(shè)整體上處于起步階段。以貴陽市政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)為例,介紹了政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)方案,從平臺(tái)定位、總體框架、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量和元數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行闡述和探討,為我國地方政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)建設(shè)提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Government data, as the value and function of social public resources, has become a global consensus, while the construction of open platform of government data in China is still in its infancy. Taking the data open platform of Guiyang municipal government as an example, this paper introduces the design and construction scheme of government data open platform, expounds and discusses the platform positioning, general framework, data collection, data quality and metadata construction, etc. For our country local government data open platform construction provides the reference and the reference.
