【摘要】：目的提高產(chǎn)品包裝模式圖像的匹配速度和準(zhǔn)確性,得出算法中影響這兩方面的關(guān)鍵因素。方法運(yùn)用高斯金字塔對原始圖像進(jìn)行向下采樣,將圖像轉(zhuǎn)換為尺度空間的表示方式;利用加速穩(wěn)健特征(SURF)方法提取特征點(diǎn),并對SURF方法提取的特征點(diǎn)用Brute-Force算法進(jìn)行匹配;通過對每組匹配點(diǎn)歐式距離的排序,剔除誤匹配點(diǎn),僅保留一定數(shù)量的正確匹配點(diǎn)對。結(jié)果得出高斯金字塔、Hessian值、顏色空間對計(jì)算速度及獲取特征點(diǎn)數(shù)量的影響。顏色空間的改變不影響特征點(diǎn)數(shù)量,在計(jì)算時間上的差別也可忽略。尺度空間縮小1/2時,計(jì)算速度能夠提升75%,同時剔除2/3的冗余特征點(diǎn)。結(jié)論文中方法能夠有效提升特征提取速度,并且具有匹配精度高、魯棒性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),同時對旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的變化具有較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:Aim to improve the matching speed and accuracy of product packaging pattern images and to find out the key factors affecting these two aspects in the algorithm. Methods the original image was sampled downwards by Gao Si pyramid, the image was transformed into the representation of scale space, the feature points were extracted by accelerated robust feature (SURF) method, and the feature points extracted by SURF method were matched by Brute-Force algorithm. By sorting the Euclidean distance of each group of matching points, the mismatch points are eliminated and only a certain number of correct matching points are retained. The results show the influence of Gao Si pyramid Hessian value and color space on the calculation speed and the number of feature points. The change of color space does not affect the number of feature points, and the difference in computing time can be ignored. When the scale space is reduced by 1 / 2, the computation speed can be increased by 75%, and the redundant feature points of 2 / 3 can be eliminated at the same time. Conclusion this method can effectively improve the speed of feature extraction, and has the characteristics of high matching accuracy, strong robustness, and strong adaptability to the change of rotation angle.
