【摘要】：針對(duì)像素層自適應(yīng)分割算法(Pixel Based Adaptive Segmenter,PBAS)在動(dòng)態(tài)背景下檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率低、靜止或運(yùn)動(dòng)緩慢的前景目標(biāo)被更新為背景以及出現(xiàn)鬼影干擾的問(wèn)題,提出了一種結(jié)合像素級(jí)信息和區(qū)域級(jí)信息的改進(jìn)的前景檢測(cè)算法。首先,提出一種融合區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)信息和區(qū)域顏色信息的背景復(fù)雜度衡量方式;然后,采用改進(jìn)的背景復(fù)雜度來(lái)控制判定閾值和學(xué)習(xí)率,并檢測(cè)前景;其次,對(duì)像素層的檢測(cè)結(jié)果使用區(qū)域窗口進(jìn)行空間鄰域?qū)Ρ?以消除鬼影;最后,引入前景計(jì)數(shù)機(jī)制來(lái)保證靜止前景不被更新為背景。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法對(duì)光照條件和前景運(yùn)動(dòng)速度不敏感,能有效地從背景中檢測(cè)出完整的前景目標(biāo),并迅速地消除鬼影干擾,準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)到了92.7%。
[Abstract]:The pixel layer adaptive segmentation algorithm, (Pixel Based Adaptive Segment Center, has low detection accuracy in dynamic background, static or slow-moving foreground targets are updated to background, and ghost interference occurs. An improved foreground detection algorithm combining pixel level information and region level information is proposed. Firstly, a method to measure the background complexity of the region structure information and the region color information is proposed. Then, the improved background complexity is used to control the decision threshold and the learning rate, and to detect the foreground. The detection results of pixel layer are compared with the region window in order to eliminate ghost. Finally, the foreground counting mechanism is introduced to ensure that the static foreground is not updated to the background. The experimental results show that the algorithm is insensitive to illumination conditions and foreground motion speed, and can effectively detect the complete foreground target from the background, and eliminate the ghost interference quickly, and the accuracy reaches 92.775%.
