EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)DBIA(美國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)建造學(xué)會(huì))對(duì)最近幾年EPC(設(shè)計(jì)-采購(gòu)-施工)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展情況的調(diào)查,2017年以后,工程總承包管理模式在建筑市場(chǎng)中的占有率將一舉超過(guò)50%,EPC模式正逐漸成為眾多工程總承包模式中的翹楚,其所占份額正在逐年增高。而繼CAD(計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì))之后,由BIM(建筑信息模型)所引發(fā)的第二次建筑業(yè)的革命也正如火如荼的進(jìn)行著,尤其在國(guó)家住建部連續(xù)頒布的系列文件中,BIM更是得到了充分的強(qiáng)調(diào)和肯定?梢灶A(yù)見(jiàn),在EPC項(xiàng)目中引入BIM將是總承包項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理的必然趨勢(shì),但在當(dāng)前建筑企業(yè)的BIM應(yīng)用熱潮中,BIM應(yīng)用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并未引起足夠重視,尤其對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目中的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更是鮮有考慮,這將會(huì)導(dǎo)致BIM應(yīng)用失敗,甚至?xí)笶PC項(xiàng)目遭受重大損失。本文結(jié)合EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn),對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用BIM過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析,主要做了以下幾方面的研究:第一,對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目BIM應(yīng)用的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理,歸納出了EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn),由此提出了EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特性,通過(guò)對(duì)比一般項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用,并在EPC項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)階段中統(tǒng)籌考慮不同參與方,建立了EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)維度模型;第二,在文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中以本文關(guān)鍵詞等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行搜索,結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及專(zhuān)家調(diào)查結(jié)果整理分析有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)展開(kāi)辨識(shí),找出了EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素指標(biāo)集,同時(shí)做好層級(jí)歸類(lèi),為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)奠定基礎(chǔ);第三,在對(duì)比分析了當(dāng)前比較成熟和流行的多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法之后,針對(duì)本文評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的特點(diǎn),選擇模糊層次分析法(FAHP),建立了EPC項(xiàng)目的BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,驗(yàn)證了該評(píng)價(jià)模型的適用性;第四,為減少EPC項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用BIM的損失,提升項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力和水平,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,提出了EPC項(xiàng)目BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的方法和流程,對(duì)于已經(jīng)識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素給出了相應(yīng)的控制方法,建立了EPC項(xiàng)目BIM應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。通過(guò)本文研究,將對(duì)擬采用BIM的EPC項(xiàng)目提供有益參考,避免或減少不顧條件、盲目跟風(fēng)帶來(lái)的損失。
[Abstract]:According to DBIA's survey of recent years of EPC (Design-Purchasing-Construction) projects, after 2017, The construction general contract management mode will occupy more than 50% in the construction market. The EPC model is becoming the leader of many general contracting modes, and its share is increasing year by year. After CAD (computer aided Design), the second revolution in the construction industry, triggered by BIM (Building Information Model), is in full swing. Especially in the series of documents issued continuously by the Ministry of National Housing and Construction, BIM has been fully emphasized and affirmed. It can be predicted that the introduction of BIM into the EPC project will be the inevitable trend for the general contracting project to realize the information management, but the risk of the BIM application in the construction enterprise is not paid enough attention in the current upsurge of BIM application in the construction enterprise. Especially, the risk of BIM application in EPC project is seldom considered, which will lead to the failure of BIM application and even make EPC project suffer great loss. Combined with the BIM application of EPC project, this paper makes a deep analysis of the risk problems in the application of BIM in EPC project, and mainly studies the following aspects: first, combing the relevant theory of BIM application in EPC project. The BIM application points of EPC project are summarized, and the risk characteristics of BIM application of EPC project are put forward. By comparing the BIM application of general project, different participants are considered as a whole in each stage of EPC project. The dimension model of BIM application risk identification of EPC project is established. Secondly, the key words of this paper are searched in the literature database, and the relevant data are analyzed by combining the practical experience and expert investigation results. Identify the BIM application risk of EPC project, find out the BIM application risk factor index set of EPC project, at the same time do a good job of hierarchical classification, lay the foundation for risk evaluation; third, After comparing and analyzing the current mature and popular risk assessment methods, according to the characteristics of the evaluation object, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP),) is selected to establish the BIM application risk evaluation model of the EPC project, and combined with the actual cases. The applicability of the evaluation model is verified. Fourthly, in order to reduce the loss of BIM application in EPC project and improve the risk management ability and level of the project, this paper puts forward the method and flow of BIM application risk management in EPC project combined with the actual project. The corresponding control method is given for the identified risk factors, and the BIM application risk management system of EPC project is established. Through the study of this paper, it will provide a useful reference for the EPC project to adopt BIM, and avoid or reduce the loss caused by blindly following the wind regardless of the conditions.
