電動舵系統(tǒng)測試設(shè)備軟件設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In flight, the missile relies on the electric rudder system to control the course and deflection of the flight to achieve accurate targets. The performance of the electric rudder system determines the dynamic quality of the missile flight. It is necessary to develop a complete set of testing equipment for the electric rudder system which has high precision and strict performance requirements. In this paper, a set of test equipment for missile electric rudder system is designed and studied. The function of the test equipment is to test the dynamic and static performance of the electric rudder system manually or automatically. By using computer to operate the test flow, the test time is shortened and the test efficiency is improved. At the same time, the error caused by human operation in the traditional test can be avoided, and the test precision can be improved. Based on the analysis of the operating principle of the rudder steering gear and rudder loop, the working principle of the test equipment, the functional requirements and the performance index of the test equipment, the overall design of the test equipment is given. It includes the design principle of test equipment, hardware composition (power supply of rudder system and test equipment box) and software design. PC104 bus and multi-function data acquisition card are introduced in detail in hardware design. The software design scheme mainly includes: man-machine interactive (MFC) function design, data acquisition and processing function design, database management function design, report printing function design, self-test function design, screening test function design, automatic test function design. Manual test function design, abnormal alarm function design and so on. This paper makes use of C 6.0MFC software development platform to compile the software program of test equipment and manage the test result with SQL Server 2005 database software. In the process of data processing, the filtering of high frequency interference in the collected data is studied. The second order Butterworth lowpass filter is determined by comparing the characteristics of several existing filtering algorithms. The electric rudder system test equipment studied in this paper can supply power to three rudder systems at the same time, and can complete the simultaneous test of one rudder system with four steering gear, which greatly saves the test time. The test results can be automatically judged by the test software and saved by the database management module, which can effectively reduce the workload of the testers without manual recording. After many times of debugging and running, the analysis of test data and results shows that the test equipment works normally, the accuracy reaches the technical requirements, and has passed the user acceptance, delivery and use.
