【摘要】：近些年來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展極為迅速,最為時(shí)尚方便快捷的微博應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而新浪微博就是其中的代表產(chǎn)品。微博的信息內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)短,有著信息傳播速度快、信息量大和及時(shí)性強(qiáng)等媒體特征。目前,它已經(jīng)不再只是個(gè)人心情感悟的展示平臺(tái),也逐漸成為信息評(píng)價(jià)的媒介。當(dāng)然,由于微博的網(wǎng)絡(luò)無縫連接特性,也讓它成為了謠言滋生和傳播的溫床,從而產(chǎn)生了信任危機(jī),目前如何解決信任危機(jī)就成為了一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。本文提出了用戶聲譽(yù)值的概念,引入信任模型,由微博用戶及其微博用戶間的存在關(guān)系得出用戶聲譽(yù)值,為微博用戶提供參考,可以在一定程度上改善信任危機(jī)問題。加入聲譽(yù)值的好處有如下兩點(diǎn):第一,可以為用戶提供一個(gè)參考值來選擇信任的好友。第二,聲譽(yù)值的存在可以在一定程度上規(guī)范用戶的行為。同時(shí),通過已經(jīng)比較成熟的JSP等技術(shù)建立一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)易的微博系統(tǒng),并將用戶聲譽(yù)值通過計(jì)算植入到微博系統(tǒng)中為用戶提供幫助。建立的信任模型通過計(jì)算出的用戶聲譽(yù)值來產(chǎn)生作用,而聲譽(yù)值是根據(jù)本文設(shè)計(jì)的算法進(jìn)行計(jì)算的,從而客觀的協(xié)助用戶更好的選擇信任的用戶,提升用戶體驗(yàn)。首先,就目前微博發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了解,整合資料,分析信任危機(jī)產(chǎn)生原因和影響因子,挖掘用戶信任關(guān)系,引入信任模型,找出本課題的解決思路和算法。其次,本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)使用的是JSP技術(shù),綜合運(yùn)用了J2EE框架(Struts2框架)和Myeclipse的集成開發(fā)環(huán)境,運(yùn)用MVC開發(fā)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了新浪微博的個(gè)人信息查看管理等功能,并提供了用戶聲譽(yù)值的合成計(jì)算方法。最后,對(duì)本論文所作的工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)功能和算法合理性,并提出完善和改進(jìn)工作方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the Internet industry is extremely rapid, the most fashionable and convenient Weibo came into being. Sina Weibo is one of the representative products. The information content of Weibo is short, and it has the characteristics of fast information dissemination, large amount of information and strong timeliness. At present, it is no longer just a display platform for personal feelings, but also a medium for information evaluation. Of course, because of the seamless connection of Weibo network, it has become the hotbed of rumor breeding and spreading, which has resulted in trust crisis. At present, how to solve the trust crisis has become a hot spot. In this paper, the concept of user reputation value is put forward, and trust model is introduced. The relationship between Weibo users and their Weibo users is used to obtain user reputation value, which can provide reference for Weibo users and can improve the trust crisis problem to a certain extent. The advantages of adding reputation values are as follows: first, you can provide users with a reference value to select trusted friends. Secondly, the existence of reputation value can regulate the behavior of users to some extent. At the same time, a simple Weibo system is built by the mature technology such as JSP, and the user reputation value is implanted into the Weibo system to provide help. The established trust model works by calculating the user reputation value which is calculated according to the algorithm designed in this paper so as to objectively assist users to select trusted users and improve user experience. First of all, to understand the current situation of Weibo development, integrate data, analyze the causes and factors of trust crisis, mining user trust relationship, introduce trust model, find out the solution of this topic and algorithm. Secondly, the design and realization of this system is based on JSP technology, which uses the integrated development environment of J2EE framework (Struts2 framework) and Myeclipse, and uses MVC development mode to realize the functions of personal information checking and management of Sina Weibo. The method of calculating user reputation value is also provided. Finally, the work done in this paper is summarized, the function of the system and the rationality of the algorithm are tested and evaluated, and the direction of improvement is put forward.
