高校畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)是高校實踐教學中的一個步驟,是學校教學中的核心。它集中體現(xiàn)著一個學生的知識掌握程度和學習能力。所以為了保障畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)教學過程的順利完成,對于畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)的管理工作就尤為重要。近年來,各大高校不斷擴招,高校人數(shù)逐年增多,以往以人工方式管理高校畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)的方式已經(jīng)力不從心,越來越暴露出它的缺點:繁瑣、容易出錯、效率低下、師生溝通不暢等,嚴重拖慢了畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)的教學過程。隨著信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的快速推進,對于教學管理的信息化管理極大地解決了以往通過人工管理方式的弊病,針對畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)管理工作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和研究也受到國內(nèi)外越來越多高校的重視。 為了跟上信息化教學的腳步,同時充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢解決人工管理畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,并且根據(jù)高校本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)管理工作實際開發(fā)了本系統(tǒng)。本文首先闡述了開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的目的和意義,對本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的現(xiàn)實環(huán)境和可行性進行了全面分析,并且對于開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)需要用到的核心技術(shù)進行了描述。其次,本文指出了本系統(tǒng)的“雙向選擇”的核心思想,詳細介紹系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的功能,對比以往的教學方式,提高了畢業(yè)論文的選題、導師審閱,師生互動方面的工作效率。最后,本文重點闡述了本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)所依據(jù)的管理模式,就是基于以學校、學院、教研室三級的信息管理模式,,通過不同級別之間的職能劃分,實現(xiàn)了包括用戶管理、信息發(fā)布、工作流程管理、論文管理、題目信息管理、評審管理、成績管理、留言管理、統(tǒng)計分析功能以及多種表格的導出等功能,并對這些功能做了具體的介紹,同時給出了關(guān)鍵代碼。 本系統(tǒng)基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式,采用J2EE技術(shù),使用SSH框架,并使用MySQL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,能穩(wěn)定高效地完成所涉及的所有的功能及業(yè)務(wù)流程,滿足用戶隨時隨地使用、多種角色登錄。通過并發(fā)控制技術(shù),本系統(tǒng)能支持一定數(shù)量的用戶同時使用。本系統(tǒng)具有非常友好的用戶界面,能夠使用戶容易操作,通過模塊化的設(shè)計模式,增強系統(tǒng)的擴展性和7可維護性,為后期的擴展開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)維護帶來方便。
[Abstract]:Graduation thesis (design) is a step in college practice teaching and the core of school teaching. It embodies a student's knowledge mastery and learning ability. Therefore, in order to ensure the successful completion of graduation thesis (design) teaching process, the management of graduation thesis (design) is particularly important. In recent years, the number of colleges and universities has been increasing year by year. In the past, the way of artificial management of graduation thesis (design) has been unable to cope with it, more and more exposed its shortcomings: tedious, error-prone, inefficient. Poor communication between teachers and students has seriously slowed down the teaching process of graduation thesis (design). With the rapid development of information technology and network, the information management of teaching management has solved the disadvantages of manual management in the past. More and more universities at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the development and research of network system for the management of graduation thesis (design). In order to keep up with the pace of information teaching, and at the same time give full play to the advantages of network technology to solve the problems in the process of manual management of graduation thesis (design), The system is developed according to the management of undergraduate thesis (design). In this paper, the purpose and significance of developing the system are expounded, the realistic environment and feasibility of the system are analyzed, and the core technologies used in the development of the system are described. Secondly, this paper points out the core idea of "bidirectional selection" of the system, introduces the function that the system can realize in detail, and improves the work efficiency in the aspects of topic selection, tutor review and teacher-student interaction of the graduation thesis compared with the previous teaching methods. Finally, this paper focuses on the development of the system based on the management model, that is, based on the three levels of school, college, teaching and research department information management model, through the different levels of functional division, including user management, Information release, workflow management, paper management, topic information management, review management, grade management, message management, statistical analysis function and the export of various forms are introduced in detail. At the same time, the key code is given. This system is based on B / S structure mode, adopts J2EE technology, uses SSH frame, and uses MySQL as database, which can stably and efficiently complete all the functions and business flow involved, and satisfy the user's usage anytime, anywhere and many kinds of role login. Through concurrency control technology, the system can support a certain number of users at the same time. The system has a very friendly user interface, can make the user easy to operate, through the modular design mode, enhance the extensibility and 7 maintainability of the system, and bring convenience for the later extension development and system maintenance.
