【摘要】：由于時間序列數(shù)據(jù)具有高維度、動態(tài)性等特點,這就導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)很難有效的對其進(jìn)行處理,為此,提出了一種基于多維時間序列形態(tài)特征的相似性動態(tài)聚類算法(similarity dynamical clustering algorithm based on multidimensional shape features for time series,SDCTS).首先,提取多維時間序列的特征點以實現(xiàn)降維,然后,根據(jù)多維時間序列的斜率、長度和幅值變化的形態(tài)特征定義了一種新的時間序列相似性度量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)而提出無需人為給定聚類個數(shù)的多維時間序列動態(tài)聚類算法.實驗結(jié)果表明,與其他算法相比,此算法對時間序列具有良好的聚類效果.
[Abstract]:Because the time series data has the characteristics of high dimension and dynamic, it is very difficult to deal with it effectively by the traditional data mining technology. A dynamic clustering algorithm of similarity based on morphological features of multidimensional time series, (similarity dynamical clustering algorithm based on multidimensional shape features for time series SDCTS, is proposed. Firstly, the feature points of multidimensional time series are extracted to achieve dimensionality reduction. Then, a new measure of time series similarity is defined according to the slope, length and amplitude of multidimensional time series. Furthermore, a multi-dimensional time series dynamic clustering algorithm is proposed, which does not require a given number of clusters. Experimental results show that compared with other algorithms, this algorithm has a good clustering effect on time series.
