基于大慶油田總醫(yī)院醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:大慶油田總醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用計算機和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)為醫(yī)院所屬各部門提供病人醫(yī)療信息、財務(wù)核算信息、行政管理信息和決策統(tǒng)計信息,對這些信息進行收集、存儲、處理加工以滿足醫(yī)院對信息的各種需求,在醫(yī)療事務(wù)處理上以病人為中心,在醫(yī)院財務(wù)管理上以人、財、物為中心的應(yīng)用軟件。該系統(tǒng)覆蓋了醫(yī)院門急診、病區(qū)、藥品倉庫、設(shè)備器材、醫(yī)務(wù)、護理、后勤、行政辦公室等眾多領(lǐng)域。在數(shù)據(jù)達到全面共享的基礎(chǔ)上,達到了提高了診療質(zhì)量、醫(yī)學(xué)科研水準(zhǔn)、提高全院工作效率,減輕所有工作人員勞動強度,取得了社會民眾的一致認可和經(jīng)濟上的回報,在目前激烈的市場競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟。作者參加了整個系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研、規(guī)劃、分析、設(shè)計工作。在對醫(yī)院需求充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的總體功能和設(shè)計目標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)性能要求、子系統(tǒng)的選擇和劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問題、系統(tǒng)命名規(guī)則、子系統(tǒng)的功能及邏輯設(shè)計,為整個系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、設(shè)計和應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。論文對大慶油田總醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計和應(yīng)用進行了綜述,介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)背景、總體方案、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和應(yīng)用情況。由于該醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)十分龐大,文中選取了幾個主要的功能模塊的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)進行了詳細的介紹。同時也確定了基于HIS的門診收費系統(tǒng)與醫(yī)療保險門診收費系統(tǒng)的連接總體方案。該系統(tǒng)的成功運行,保證了兩個系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件的獨立性和兩個系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的安全性和保密性,實現(xiàn)了“一處錄入、多處共享”的設(shè)計目標(biāo),解決了門診“三長一短”現(xiàn)象,大大方便了患者。由于該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的可行性和操作的實用性。
[Abstract]:Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Information system is to use computer and computer network to provide patient medical information, financial accounting information, administrative management information and decision statistics information for all departments affiliated to the hospital, and to collect and store these information. Processing in order to meet the needs of the hospital for information, in the treatment of medical affairs to the patient as the center, in the hospital financial management of the human, financial and material as the center of the application software. The system covers a wide range of areas, including hospital outpatient, ward, drug warehouse, equipment, medical, nursing, logistics, administrative office and so on. On the basis of comprehensive sharing of data, the quality of diagnosis and treatment, the level of medical scientific research, the efficiency of the work of the whole hospital, the reduction of the labor intensity of all staff members, the unanimous recognition of the public and the economic return have been achieved. Stand firm in the current fierce market competition. The author participated in the research, planning, analysis and design of the whole system. Based on the investigation of hospital demand, the overall function and design goal, system performance requirement, subsystem selection and partition, database design, standardization problem, system naming rule are determined. The function and logic design of the subsystem lay the foundation for the development, design and application of the whole system. This paper summarizes the development, design and application of information system in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital, and introduces the background, general scheme, key technology and application of the system. Because the medical information system is very large, the design and implementation of several main functional modules are introduced in detail. At the same time, the overall scheme of connection between outpatient charging system based on HIS and outpatient charge system of medical insurance is determined. The successful operation of the system ensures the independence of the two system application software and the security and confidentiality of the two system databases, realizes the design goal of "one input, multiple sharing", and resolves the phenomenon of "three long and one short" in outpatient clinic. It greatly facilitates the patient. Because of the feasibility of the system design and the practicability of operation.
