【摘要】：在計(jì)算機(jī)普及之前,小區(qū)主要用電費(fèi)管理人員手工記賬的方法管理電費(fèi)財(cái)務(wù),這種方式不僅浪費(fèi)大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力。而且不適合整理和存儲(chǔ)。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的普及,大多說(shuō)小區(qū)開始利用計(jì)算機(jī)來(lái)管理小區(qū)電費(fèi)財(cái)務(wù)以及電費(fèi)登記,使得小區(qū)的電費(fèi)管理更加高效、便捷,用戶對(duì)電費(fèi)的查詢更加方便。本小區(qū)電費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)是單機(jī)版電費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)時(shí)采用ASP.NET和SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件作為程序的主要開發(fā)語(yǔ)言和工具。實(shí)用ASP.NET MVC4框架進(jìn)行代碼編輯、程序設(shè)計(jì)及具體功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),運(yùn)用SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件完成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的具體設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理員登陸、注冊(cè)、修改;用戶的信息的快捷錄入,方便小區(qū)物業(yè)公司根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際用電情況進(jìn)行登記,然后收取用戶電費(fèi);用戶電表的數(shù)據(jù)錄入,使小區(qū)物業(yè)公司能夠方便快捷的了解用戶每月的用電情況;電費(fèi)管理,能夠根據(jù)用戶用電情況收取用戶電費(fèi)以及用戶交電費(fèi)。本文主要介紹了“小區(qū)電費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)”的設(shè)計(jì)思想,并概括地說(shuō)明了該系統(tǒng)的工能及特點(diǎn)。該系統(tǒng)功能完善、界面良好、操作簡(jiǎn)單,能夠滿足不同計(jì)算機(jī)水平的用戶需求,不會(huì)因?yàn)橛?jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)不足而對(duì)系統(tǒng)的操作有任何影響。
[Abstract]:Before the popularization of the computer, the management of electricity charge is mainly used to manage the finance of electricity by hand, which not only wastes a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. And not suitable for collation and storage. With the popularity of computers, most of the community began to use the computer to manage the financial and registration of electricity charges, making the management of electricity charges more efficient, convenient, and more convenient for users to inquire about electricity charges. The residential electricity management system is a single version of the electricity management system. This system adopts ASP. Net and SQL Server 2008 database software as the main programming language and tool. The ASP. Net MVC4 framework is used for code editing, program design and realization of specific functions. SQL Server 2008 database software is used to complete the specific design and implementation of the database. The system realizes the administrator's landing, registration, modification, quick input of user's information, convenient for the residential property company to register according to the user's actual electricity consumption situation, and then collects the user's electricity bill; the user meter's data input, So that the residential property companies can quickly and conveniently understand the monthly electricity consumption of users; electricity management, according to the situation of users can collect electricity charges and users pay electricity bills. This paper mainly introduces the design idea of "electricity charge Management system in Residential area", and generalizes the working ability and characteristics of the system. The system has the advantages of perfect function, good interface, simple operation, and can meet the needs of users at different computer levels, and will not have any influence on the operation of the system because of lack of computer knowledge.
