一種時空多尺度適應的手勢識別方法研究

【摘要】:手勢交互作為一種自然便捷的交互方式,在智能家居和智能交通等領域具有日益廣泛的應用前景。由于手勢行為發(fā)生的速度、空間約束和用戶差異的影響,同一語義手勢表現(xiàn)出具有不同時間和空間尺度的多形態(tài)特征,這給保障手勢識別的準確率帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。提出了一種基于動態(tài)時間規(guī)整DTW(Dynamic Time Warping)方法的時空多尺度手勢識別方法 SDTW(Spatial-Temporal Dynamic Time Warping),該方法通過對空間形態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)進行分箱操作來達到適應一定程度空間尺度變化的能力。因此,SDTW方法不僅具備DTW方法的時間尺度適應性,而且擴展了空間尺度適應性。文中實現(xiàn)了一個基于智能手機加速度傳感設備的SDTW手勢識別原型系統(tǒng)。實驗測試驗證了所提方法能夠有效提升手勢識別的準確率。
[Abstract]:Gesture interaction, as a natural and convenient way of interaction, has an increasingly wide application prospect in intelligent home and intelligent transportation. Due to the influence of the speed of gesture behavior, spatial constraints and user differences, the same semantic gesture shows multi-morphological features with different time and space scales, which brings challenges to ensure the accuracy of gesture recognition. This paper presents a spatio-temporal dynamic time warping (SDTW) method based on dynamic time warping (DTW). The SDTW (Spatial-Temporal dynamic time warping) algorithm is proposed. The SDTW (Spatial temporal dynamic time Warping) algorithm can adapt spatial scale changes to a certain extent by clocking spatial morphological data. Therefore, the SDTW method not only has the time scale adaptability of DTW method, but also extends the spatial scale adaptability. In this paper, a prototype system of SDTW gesture recognition based on smart phone acceleration sensor is implemented. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of gesture recognition.
