【摘要】：本文論述了大眾變速器大連有限公司內(nèi)部門戶系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是為了解決企業(yè)存在的信息孤島的問題,通過將企業(yè)信息統(tǒng)一整合管理消除信息的孤島效應(yīng),最大限度的方便企業(yè)員工獲取企業(yè)信息,提高企業(yè)信息管理效率。本文遵循軟件開發(fā)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程,從系統(tǒng)的需求著手分析企業(yè)實(shí)際需求,建立詳盡的系統(tǒng)用例圖,并根據(jù)需求分析結(jié)果展開系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)功能方面,本系統(tǒng)為普通用戶提供了六個(gè)模塊的功能:企業(yè)內(nèi)部門戶模塊、企業(yè)部門模塊、企業(yè)組織架構(gòu)模塊、企業(yè)文檔模塊、企業(yè)職業(yè)發(fā)展模塊及企業(yè)新聞月報(bào)模塊。用戶在不同模塊下可獲得相應(yīng)的企業(yè)信息,每個(gè)模塊也提供了用戶級(jí)別的系統(tǒng)操作。本系統(tǒng)在功能上的另一特色為用戶的角色劃分,通過指定用戶角色分配相應(yīng)的權(quán)限,實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶功能的定制化服務(wù)。在系統(tǒng)性能方面,本系統(tǒng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全性、系統(tǒng)可擴(kuò)展性、系統(tǒng)易用性進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),保證系統(tǒng)了系統(tǒng)的可用性及友好性。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),本系統(tǒng)最終基于Liferay Portal平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能,現(xiàn)已投入使用。大連大眾變速器企業(yè)內(nèi)部門戶系統(tǒng)在正式上線運(yùn)行后,取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果。較之前版本的門戶網(wǎng)站,本系統(tǒng)在滿足了企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程、企業(yè)功能、系統(tǒng)友好性三方面需求的同時(shí)消除了企業(yè)信息的孤島效應(yīng),保證了企業(yè)信息的規(guī)范性、即時(shí)性及準(zhǔn)確性。不僅為各角色企業(yè)員工提供了企業(yè)信息管理平臺(tái),更提高了企業(yè)信息的管理效率,提升了企業(yè)形象。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the design and implementation of the internal portal system of Volkswagen Transmission Dalian Co., Ltd. The development of this system is to solve the problem of isolated information islands in enterprises. By integrating and managing enterprise information, the isolated island effect of information can be eliminated, and the enterprise information management efficiency can be improved by making it convenient for enterprise employees to obtain enterprise information to the maximum extent. This paper follows the standard flow of software development, analyzes the actual requirements of the enterprise from the requirements of the system, establishes a detailed system use case diagram, and develops the system design according to the results of the requirement analysis. In terms of system functions, the system provides six modules for common users: enterprise internal portal module, enterprise department module, enterprise organization structure module, enterprise document module, enterprise career development module and enterprise news monthly report module. Users can obtain the corresponding enterprise information under different modules, and each module also provides user-level system operation. Another feature of the system in function is the role division of the user. By assigning the corresponding authority to the user role, the customized service of the user function can be realized. In the aspect of system performance, the system is designed for system security, system expansibility and system usability, which ensures the system usability and friendliness. According to the system design and detailed design, the system is based on the Liferay Portal platform to realize the system functions, and has been put into use. The internal portal system of Dalian Volkswagen transmission enterprise has been applied well after it has been put into operation. Compared with the previous version of the portal, the system not only meets the requirements of business process, enterprise function and system friendliness, but also eliminates the island effect of enterprise information, and ensures the standardization, immediacy and accuracy of enterprise information. It not only provides a platform for enterprise information management, but also improves the efficiency and image of enterprise information management.
