浙江省中醫(yī)藥科研管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the quantity and quality of teachers' scientific research projects in various universities and colleges in China. At the same time, this has brought pressure and difficulty to the work of the relevant scientific research project management departments. Compared with the advanced network paperless management mode in foreign countries, the information office software used in domestic colleges and universities has some shortcomings in integrity and applicability, and can not effectively meet the needs of different industries, different platforms compatibility, etc. And the level of localization is low, it is difficult to adapt to the development of scientific research projects. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a scientific research management system with the characteristics of local colleges and universities. Based on the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine scientific research management system in Zhejiang Province, this paper discusses the technical framework, requirement analysis, function design, test realization and so on. The function of the system in solving the difficulties of improving the efficiency of scientific research management in colleges and universities is comprehensively expounded: this paper probes into the application practice of C / S mode and B / S mode in management information system, and discusses the technical superiority of UML technology, which sets the technical premise for the system; Based on the two dimensions of organization and business, this paper systematically combs the management process of traditional Chinese medicine research in Zhejiang Province, and establishes the whole process system of personnel management, project operation, contract reporting and execution of funds. This paper is based on the business entity of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province, based on the B / S structure, combined with the application of SQL Server Oracle database, introduces the design idea of the system database structure. The classification function of the business is designed and implemented, especially the design of the data-centered process information processing module and the declaration management system, which provides the possibility for the application of the whole system. This paper also discusses the research direction of this subject, and carries on the extensive practice in view of these contents, and makes the prospect to the future development and the contribution of the system. The Zhejiang Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Scientific Research Management system not only provides convenience for school workers in submitting applications and management for scientific research projects, but also provides inductive help for relevant scientific research officials in statistics. It lays a foundation for the development of scientific research system and scientific management system of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province. Through testing, the system is now online, greatly improving the flexibility of Zhejiang traditional Chinese medicine scientific research project in the process of acceptance management. The network audit process also simplifies the previous tedious inquiry and record work, greatly improves the work efficiency of the staff and workers in colleges and universities, thus realizing the system's high efficiency and unified design and application idea.
