【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)各大高校對于教師科研項目的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量都越發(fā)關(guān)注和重視,與此同時這也給相關(guān)科研項目管理部門的工作帶來了壓力與困難。相較國外先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)無紙化管理模式,國內(nèi)高校所使用的信息化辦公軟件在完整性、適用性方面還存在較大不足,不能有效滿足不同行業(yè)領(lǐng)域、不同平臺兼容等需求,且本土化水平低,難以適應(yīng)不斷發(fā)展的科研項目需求。因此,建立一套具備當(dāng)?shù)卦盒Ｌ厣?符合業(yè)務(wù)實情的科研管理系統(tǒng)具有非常大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要立足于浙江省中醫(yī)藥科研管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)應(yīng)用,從技術(shù)框架、需求分析、功能設(shè)計、測試實現(xiàn)等多個維度進(jìn)行論述,綜合闡述系統(tǒng)在解決提升高�？蒲泄芾硇实碾y點上的作用:本文深度探究C/S模式、B/S模式在管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用實踐,并論述UML技術(shù)的技術(shù)優(yōu)越性,為系統(tǒng)設(shè)定了技術(shù)前提;本文基于組織和業(yè)務(wù)兩個維度,對浙江省中醫(yī)藥科研管理流程進(jìn)行了全面的系統(tǒng)性梳理,建立了人員管理-項目運營-合同報備-經(jīng)費執(zhí)行這整套流程體系,為系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計打下了業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ);本文立足浙江省中醫(yī)藥業(yè)務(wù)實體,基于B/S架構(gòu),結(jié)合SQLServer、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫等應(yīng)用,重點介紹系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計思想,并對業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分類功能設(shè)計實現(xiàn),尤其是對以數(shù)據(jù)為中心的流程信息處理模塊和申報管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,為整個系統(tǒng)提供了應(yīng)用體現(xiàn)可能;本文還論述了該課題的研究性方向內(nèi)容,針對這些內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了廣泛的實踐,并對該系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展和貢獻(xiàn)做出展望。浙江省中醫(yī)藥科研管理系統(tǒng)不僅為在校職工在提交科研項目申請和管理方面提供了方便,也為相關(guān)科研負(fù)責(zé)人在統(tǒng)計方面提供了歸納性幫助,更是為浙江省中醫(yī)藥在科學(xué)研究體系的全面升級和科學(xué)管理體系的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)通過測試,現(xiàn)已上線,極大程度地提高了浙江中醫(yī)藥科研項目在驗收管理過程中的靈活性。其網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的審核流程,也簡化了先前繁瑣的查詢、記錄工作,大大提高了高校職工的工作效率,從而實現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)高效、統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計應(yīng)用思想。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the quantity and quality of teachers' scientific research projects in various universities and colleges in China. At the same time, this has brought pressure and difficulty to the work of the relevant scientific research project management departments. Compared with the advanced network paperless management mode in foreign countries, the information office software used in domestic colleges and universities has some shortcomings in integrity and applicability, and can not effectively meet the needs of different industries, different platforms compatibility, etc. And the level of localization is low, it is difficult to adapt to the development of scientific research projects. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a scientific research management system with the characteristics of local colleges and universities. Based on the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine scientific research management system in Zhejiang Province, this paper discusses the technical framework, requirement analysis, function design, test realization and so on. The function of the system in solving the difficulties of improving the efficiency of scientific research management in colleges and universities is comprehensively expounded: this paper probes into the application practice of C / S mode and B / S mode in management information system, and discusses the technical superiority of UML technology, which sets the technical premise for the system; Based on the two dimensions of organization and business, this paper systematically combs the management process of traditional Chinese medicine research in Zhejiang Province, and establishes the whole process system of personnel management, project operation, contract reporting and execution of funds. This paper is based on the business entity of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province, based on the B / S structure, combined with the application of SQL Server Oracle database, introduces the design idea of the system database structure. The classification function of the business is designed and implemented, especially the design of the data-centered process information processing module and the declaration management system, which provides the possibility for the application of the whole system. This paper also discusses the research direction of this subject, and carries on the extensive practice in view of these contents, and makes the prospect to the future development and the contribution of the system. The Zhejiang Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Scientific Research Management system not only provides convenience for school workers in submitting applications and management for scientific research projects, but also provides inductive help for relevant scientific research officials in statistics. It lays a foundation for the development of scientific research system and scientific management system of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province. Through testing, the system is now online, greatly improving the flexibility of Zhejiang traditional Chinese medicine scientific research project in the process of acceptance management. The network audit process also simplifies the previous tedious inquiry and record work, greatly improves the work efficiency of the staff and workers in colleges and universities, thus realizing the system's high efficiency and unified design and application idea.
