【摘要】:截止到現(xiàn)在,在我國(guó)航空軸承要求進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用服役全壽命周期管理,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的研制、質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,建設(shè)工程數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是首要任務(wù)。目前想要集成實(shí)現(xiàn)軸承研制、生產(chǎn)與使用三階段的基本依據(jù)是軸承工程數(shù)據(jù)管理的信息化。本文研究設(shè)計(jì)出基于全壽命周期的軸承管理信息系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)不僅完善軸承工程管理鏈條,而且還提高了航空軸承的質(zhì)量把關(guān)和數(shù)據(jù)收集工作。本文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),包括軸承的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的研制、質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)與應(yīng)用服役管理三個(gè)方面,了解需求,從而制定本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)和預(yù)期效果。其次,本文設(shè)計(jì)出基于全壽命周期的軸承管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體方案和功能是根據(jù)軸承工程的工作流程和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。包括的功能有管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)等幾方面。然后,本文設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),分別為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的功能模塊,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)出全壽命周期軸承管理信息系統(tǒng)的方案。介紹基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)包含了哪些內(nèi)容以及實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)包含了哪些內(nèi)容。最后,本文采用Visual Basic開(kāi)發(fā)工具和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行編程,訪問(wèn)控制TRBA通過(guò)C/S開(kāi)發(fā)模式實(shí)現(xiàn),其它的功能有管理數(shù)據(jù)查詢功能以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析數(shù)據(jù)。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)在我國(guó)航天事業(yè)應(yīng)用廣泛,擁有美好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Up to now, aviation bearings in our country need to further realize the service life cycle management. On the basis of the development of production process and quality inspection, the construction of engineering database and management standard is the most important task. At present, the basic basis of the three stages of production and use for integrated bearing development is the information of bearing engineering data management. In this paper, the bearing management information system based on the whole life cycle is designed. This system not only improves the bearing engineering management chain, but also improves the quality check and data collection of the aeronautical bearing. This paper starts from the current situation of domestic research, including the production process of bearings, quality detection and service management, to understand the requirements, so as to formulate the objectives and expected results of this paper. Secondly, the whole scheme and function of the bearing management information system based on the whole life cycle are realized according to the work flow and key technology of the bearing engineering. Including the functions of the management system data and other aspects. Then, two databases are designed, one is the basic database and the other is the experimental database. According to the function module of database, the project of life cycle bearing management information system is designed in detail. Describes what the underlying database contains and what the implementation database contains. Finally, this paper uses Visual basic development tool and SQL Server database to program, access control TRBA is realized through C / S development mode, other functions include management data query function and statistical analysis data. The system realized in this paper is widely used in China's aerospace industry and has a bright application prospect.
