【摘要】：區(qū)域性銀行以其特殊的地位為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出貢獻,其業(yè)務(wù)范圍一般局限于一個城市,或者在一個地級市及其下屬的各縣區(qū),其服務(wù)對象都為本地區(qū)的居民和本地的中小企業(yè)。由于該類型銀行多為不同地區(qū)的分支機構(gòu)組合而成,其管理方式存在差異,難度也較大,導(dǎo)致對原本管理難度就較為復(fù)雜繁瑣的資產(chǎn)管理過程變得更為復(fù)雜,造成資產(chǎn)流失、重復(fù)投入,使得原本可以用于業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的資金投入到資產(chǎn)采購中,從而影響了企業(yè)日常業(yè)務(wù)的擴展。由于區(qū)域性銀行資產(chǎn)種類繁多、人員眾多、工作地點分散、管理流程復(fù)雜,所以需要一套符合區(qū)域性銀行特點的資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)來提高銀行資產(chǎn)管理效率,實現(xiàn)工作流程標準化、數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。通過現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)將資產(chǎn)采購、庫內(nèi)管理、資產(chǎn)調(diào)撥、維修管理、折舊報廢以及資產(chǎn)盤點等工作進行整合,定義其標準化的工作流程、規(guī)范資產(chǎn)信息統(tǒng)一格式。通過確定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流和業(yè)務(wù)對象,同時結(jié)合軟件工程設(shè)計思路確定系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊,最后通過程序設(shè)計方法實現(xiàn)各個業(yè)務(wù)功能,最終實現(xiàn)區(qū)域性銀行固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。本課題主要是以區(qū)域性銀行固定資產(chǎn)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程與業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容為研究對象,以區(qū)域性銀行資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)為目標。最終通過系統(tǒng)的實際部署與應(yīng)用,實現(xiàn)對課題研究過程中的相關(guān)理論的驗證,同時尋找不足之處。
[Abstract]:Regional banks, with their special status, contribute to local economic development. Their scope of business is generally limited to one city, or in a prefecture-level city and the counties and districts under it. Its service object is the local resident and the local small and medium-sized enterprise. Because most of the banks are composed of branches from different regions, their management methods are different and difficult, which leads to the more complicated asset management process, which is more complicated, resulting in the loss of assets. Repeated investment makes the funds that could be used for business development to be invested in asset purchasing, thus affecting the expansion of enterprises' daily business. Due to the wide variety of assets in regional banks, the large number of personnel, the scattered duty stations and the complexity of the management process, an asset management system that conforms to the characteristics of regional banks is needed to improve the efficiency of bank asset management and to achieve the standardization of work processes. Digital, network. By means of modern information technology, asset purchasing, warehouse management, asset allocation, maintenance management, depreciation and scrapping and asset inventory are integrated, the standardized workflow is defined and the unified format of asset information is standardized. Through determining the business flow and business object of the asset management system, and combining the software engineering design idea to determine the system function structure and the function module, finally through the programming method realizes each business function, Finally, the regional bank fixed assets management system is realized. This paper mainly takes the business process and business content of regional bank fixed assets management as the research object, and takes the realization of regional bank asset management system as the goal. Finally, through the actual deployment and application of the system, we can verify the relevant theories in the course of the research, and look for the deficiencies at the same time.
