【摘要】：近年來,辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)以科學(xué)技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)入到一個(gè)全新的時(shí)代,在最先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)支持下,辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的功能不斷得到完善,處理的業(yè)務(wù)的能力也越來越強(qiáng)。隨著辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的功能不斷增強(qiáng),越來越符合大型企事業(yè)單位的對(duì)辦公自動(dòng)化管理的需求,同時(shí)他們也需要付出更高的成本,但是對(duì)于小型企業(yè)來說,他們需要的是成本低廉,功能模塊符合小型企業(yè)要求的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)�；诖朔N情形,在市場(chǎng)差異化戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,本文設(shè)計(jì)且實(shí)現(xiàn)了滿足小型企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化管理需求的企業(yè)信息、企業(yè)績(jī)效、職員天地等模塊。本文在PHP、MySQL、phpmyadmin技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)當(dāng)前最流行的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的小型企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的頁(yè)面架構(gòu)利用HTML的框架集來實(shí)現(xiàn),同時(shí)利用CSS來控制頁(yè)面的風(fēng)格,通過php和JavaScript的結(jié)合來實(shí)現(xiàn)上述各個(gè)功能模塊,并在實(shí)現(xiàn)功能的過程中,將相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。本文所介紹的小型企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)具有成本低、開發(fā)周期短、功能夠用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),不僅滿足了小型企業(yè)的需求,也為尋求開發(fā)此類軟件市場(chǎng)的系統(tǒng)軟件提供了一個(gè)好的樣本。
[Abstract]:In recent years, based on science and technology, office automation management system has entered a new era. With the support of the most advanced science and technology, the functions of office automation management system have been continuously improved. The ability to handle business is also getting stronger and stronger. As the functions of the office automation management system continue to increase, it meets the needs of large enterprises and institutions for office automation management. At the same time, they also need to pay higher costs, but for small enterprises, What they need is a low-cost, functional module that meets the requirements of a small business office automation system. Based on this situation, under the guidance of market differentiation strategy, this paper designs and implements the modules of enterprise information, enterprise performance, staff space and so on, which can meet the needs of office automation management in small enterprises. Based on the technology of PHP SQL phpmyadmin, this paper constructs a small business office automation system with the most popular structure of B / S at present. The page architecture of this system is realized by the framework set of HTML, and the style of the page is controlled by php. The above function modules are realized through the combination of php and JavaScript, and the relevant data are stored in the database of MySQL in the process of realizing the function. The small business office automation management system introduced in this paper has the advantages of low cost, short development period, sufficient function and so on, which not only meets the needs of small enterprises, but also meets the needs of small enterprises. It also provides a good sample of system software to develop this kind of software market.
