【摘要】：隨著第二次工業(yè)革命的到來,世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)都發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,中國的制造業(yè)要想跟上時代的步伐,在競爭中屹立不倒,就必須全面推進(jìn)信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,更好地整合和管理企業(yè)資源,這才是中國的制造業(yè)企業(yè)未來的生存和發(fā)展之路。面向供需鏈,貫穿整個管理的“企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃”,簡稱ERP,它具有重要的作用,尤其在控制成本,提升企業(yè)服務(wù)和管理,大幅度提高效率等方面尤為明顯,在提高企業(yè)競爭力方面ERP也有著功不可沒的作用。ERP技術(shù)不僅只適用于大企業(yè),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外ERP技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用史,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)ERP技術(shù)非常適合中小企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),隨著國家市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的調(diào)整,一些中小企業(yè)迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,由于傳統(tǒng)的中小企業(yè)規(guī)模小,新的科學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)用較少,因此為了使其能更好地適應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展,就要改變傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)模式,在我國的中小制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用高度信息化的ERP技術(shù)。本文完成的主要工作包括:(1)本文分析了我國制造企業(yè)使用ERP系統(tǒng)的真實(shí)情況,通過對一部分典型企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,指出生產(chǎn)規(guī)�；蜆I(yè)務(wù)迅速增長的客觀要求,(2)通過整合各種資源,和大量復(fù)雜的信息交互,分析了中小企業(yè)ERP技術(shù)的功能需求。根據(jù)企業(yè)規(guī)模和資金情況,選擇性價(jià)比最高的開發(fā)平臺。(3)運(yùn)用B/S和C/S相結(jié)合的模式在.NET平臺基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)出企業(yè)級的Web程序,設(shè)計(jì)出了切合實(shí)際的完整的ERP的總體思路和詳細(xì)的總體框架并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)。本人在克拉瑪依的一個改制小企業(yè)市場部工作,該公司沒有使用ERP系統(tǒng),首先是沒有合適的ERP的系統(tǒng),其次是ERP系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行管理成本太貴不符合本公司的實(shí)際情況。沒有ERP系統(tǒng)會帶來很多的不方便,例如去審批一個合同要跑五六各部門,一天都辦不完,間接的是公司運(yùn)營成本增加。ERP系統(tǒng)作為新的企業(yè)管理手段,其方便、快速的優(yōu)點(diǎn)使其基本替代了傳統(tǒng)的人工管理模式,成為企業(yè)中的新寵兒。但畢竟其應(yīng)用時間不長,還存在一些缺點(diǎn)和不足。再進(jìn)行調(diào)研和認(rèn)真的思考之后,設(shè)計(jì)出了應(yīng)用性高,操作方便的新的ERP系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the second Industrial Revolution, the economies of all countries in the world have undergone earth-shaking changes. If China's manufacturing industry wants to keep pace with the times and stand firm in competition, it must comprehensively promote the application of information technology. Better integration and management of enterprise resources is the way for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to survive and develop in the future. The enterprise resource plan (ERP), which is oriented to supply and demand chain and runs through the whole management, plays an important role, especially in the aspects of controlling cost, improving enterprise service and management, improving efficiency and so on. ERP technology not only applies to large enterprises, but also combines the development and application history of ERP technology at home and abroad, this paper finds that ERP technology is very suitable for the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises. With the adjustment of the national market economy, some small and medium-sized enterprises have welcomed new opportunities for development. Because of the small scale of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises and the less application of new science and technology, in order to make them better adapt to the development of the times, It is necessary to change the traditional production mode and apply the highly information-based ERP technology in the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry of our country. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) this paper analyzes the real situation of ERP system used by manufacturing enterprises in our country, and through the investigation of some typical enterprises, This paper points out the objective requirements of large-scale production and rapid growth of business. (2) the functional requirements of ERP technology in small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed by integrating all kinds of resources and interacting with a large number of complex information. According to the enterprise size and capital situation, choose the most cost-effective development platform. (3) using the mode of combining B / S and C / S to develop enterprise-level Web program on the basis of .NET platform. The overall idea and detailed framework of ERP are designed and realized. I work in the marketing department of a small reformed enterprise in Karamay. The company does not use ERP system, first of all, there is no suitable ERP system, and secondly, the cost of running and managing ERP system is too expensive to conform to the actual situation of our company. Without an ERP system, it will bring a lot of inconvenience. For example, it takes five or six departments to examine and approve a contract, which cannot be completed in a single day. Indirectly, the company's operating costs increase. ERP system, as a new means of enterprise management, is convenient. Because of its rapid advantages, it has replaced the traditional manual management mode and become the new favorite in the enterprise. But after all, its application time is not long, there are still some shortcomings and shortcomings. After investigation and careful thinking, a new ERP system with high application and convenient operation is designed.
