【摘要】：神華集團(tuán)是我國(guó)規(guī)模較大的能源型國(guó)有企業(yè),其業(yè)務(wù)涉及煤炭、電力、鐵路運(yùn)輸以及港口等多個(gè)重要行業(yè),對(duì)于企業(yè)資源調(diào)配和統(tǒng)一管理具有極高的要求。本文在分析神華集團(tuán)ERP具體問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,利用軟件工程思想和MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式進(jìn)行具體需求和應(yīng)用軟件的建設(shè),從而提供一套符合神華ERP管理需求的整體解決方案。本系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)主要解決集團(tuán)內(nèi)部信息共享度低、供應(yīng)鏈管理不規(guī)范以及工作效率低下的問(wèn)題,系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)格遵循軟件工程思想進(jìn)行。本文所做工作包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)結(jié)合神華ERP管理建設(shè)的實(shí)際需求,進(jìn)行神華ERP管理流程的梳理和分析,建立總體的業(yè)務(wù)研究框架,并詳細(xì)闡述系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能需求,建立具體的需求模型;(2)分析神華ERP管理系統(tǒng)研究的開(kāi)發(fā)工具和軟硬件環(huán)境,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)三層架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),將系統(tǒng)劃分為用戶(hù)交互層、邏輯處理層和數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)層三個(gè)部分,進(jìn)而降低系統(tǒng)不同模塊之間的耦合程度,提高模塊內(nèi)部的聚合程度;(3)借助于J2EE技術(shù)和MVC三層框架模式進(jìn)行神華ERP管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),將系統(tǒng)劃分為采購(gòu)管理、銷(xiāo)售管理、運(yùn)輸管理、庫(kù)存管理以及系統(tǒng)管理等主要功能模塊,通過(guò)主要功能模塊測(cè)試用例的建立,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與需求符合程度進(jìn)行測(cè)試。目前,神華ERP管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在集團(tuán)內(nèi)部得到了部署和實(shí)施,取得了良好的效果,建立了統(tǒng)一的信息共享和一體化的管理模式。神華ERP管理的系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),不但能夠?qū)⿷?yīng)鏈管理人員的工作效率進(jìn)行提高,而且有助于資源配置作用的充分發(fā)揮,進(jìn)而對(duì)企業(yè)的工作效率和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行提高。
[Abstract]:Shenhua Group is a large energy state-owned enterprise in our country. Its business involves many important industries such as coal, electricity, railway transportation and port. It has high requirements for enterprise resource allocation and unified management. On the basis of analyzing the specific problems of the ERP of Shenhua Group, this paper makes use of the idea of software engineering and MVC design pattern to carry on the concrete requirement and the application software construction, thus provides a set of overall solution which accords with the demand of Shenhua ERP management. The construction of the system mainly solves the problems of low degree of information sharing, non-standard supply chain management and low working efficiency. The design and implementation of the system strictly follow the idea of software engineering. The work of this paper includes the following contents: (1) combing and analyzing the ERP management process of Shenhua, establishing the overall business research framework, and expounding the functional and non-functional requirements of the system in detail. (2) analyze the development tools and software and hardware environment of Shenhua ERP management system research, design the three-tier architecture of the system, divide the system into three parts: user interaction layer, logical processing layer and data access layer. Then reduce the coupling between different modules of the system, improve the degree of aggregation within the module; (3) with the help of J2EE technology and MVC three-tier framework for the design and implementation of Shenhua ERP management system, the system is divided into procurement management, sales management, Transportation management, inventory management, system management and other main functional modules, through the establishment of test cases of the main functional modules, the realization of the system is tested to meet the requirements. At present, the ERP management system of Shenhua has been deployed and implemented in the group, which has achieved good results and established a unified information sharing and integrated management model. The construction of Shenhua ERP management system can not only improve the working efficiency of supply chain managers, but also help to give full play to the role of resource allocation, and then improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
