【摘要】：云錦作為世界非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),以其精湛工藝和精美設(shè)計聞名世界。由于云錦織造工藝復(fù)雜且大量采用金線和孔雀羽毛等昂貴材料,導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計的打樣周期過長、效率低下和成本過高,利用數(shù)字化展示技術(shù)能有效地解決這一問題。而當(dāng)前織物數(shù)字化展示技術(shù)只是紡織CAD的附加功能,不能從設(shè)計者的角度有效提高織物的設(shè)計效率。本課題對云錦織物數(shù)字化展示技術(shù)進行了研究,基于web平臺并結(jié)合二維模擬及三維場景模擬技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了可靠的數(shù)字化展示,減少試樣次數(shù),從而提高了云錦的設(shè)計效率。云錦織物數(shù)字化展示系統(tǒng)分為如下三個模塊:1)通過云錦圖像采集、組織區(qū)域自定位、組織預(yù)處理和改進的K-means聚類算法,得到云錦組織結(jié)構(gòu)分離圖;2)提出了基于云錦織物組織結(jié)構(gòu)和顏色索引模式的織物模擬方法,拋棄了傳統(tǒng)紗線建模的織物模擬的方法,使用Phong光照模型,利用圖像插值的紋理映射技術(shù)和亮度融合算法,使云錦織物二維模擬效果更加具有真實感;3)采用基于WebGL三維場景模擬技術(shù),通過Three.js庫實現(xiàn)外部模型加載、場景控制、紋理材質(zhì)貼圖、光照模型添加,模型壓縮優(yōu)化和瀏覽器的渲染,實現(xiàn)了云錦織物的三維場景模擬。該展示系統(tǒng)采用基于HTML5的網(wǎng)站式交互,給用戶提供了優(yōu)秀的人機交互和視覺感,也便于后期工程師的維護和改進。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入運行使用,有效地降低了云錦產(chǎn)品的推廣和銷售成本,能給企業(yè)帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:As a world intangible cultural heritage, Yunjin is famous all over the world for its exquisite craftsmanship and exquisite design. Because of the complexity of brocade weaving technology and the large use of expensive materials such as gold thread and peacock feather, the traditional design has long proofing cycle, low efficiency and high cost. This problem can be effectively solved by using digital display technology. At present, the technology of fabric digital display is only the additional function of textile CAD, and it can not effectively improve the design efficiency of fabric from the point of view of designer. In this paper, the digital display technology of brocade fabric is studied. Based on web platform and combined with 2D simulation and 3D scene simulation technology, reliable digital display is realized, the number of samples is reduced, and the design efficiency of brocade is improved. The digital display system of brocade fabric is divided into the following three modules: 1) through the image collection of brocade, the self-localization of the organization area, the pre-processing of the organization and the improved K-means clustering algorithm, The fabric simulation method based on the pattern of fabric structure and color index is put forward. The method of fabric simulation based on traditional yarn modeling is abandoned and Phong illumination model is used. The texture mapping technique of image interpolation and brightness fusion algorithm are used to make the two-dimensional simulation effect of Yunjin fabric more realistic. The 3D scene simulation technology based on WebGL is used to realize external model loading and scene control through Three.js library. Texture mapping, illumination model adding, model compression optimization and browser rendering, the 3D scene simulation of brocade fabric is realized. The display system uses HTML5 based website interaction, which provides users with excellent human-computer interaction and visual sense. It is also convenient for later engineers to maintain and improve. The system has been put into operation, effectively reducing the promotion and sales costs of Yunjin products, and can bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
