【摘要】：在信息發(fā)展如此快速的時(shí)代,高校中對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)管理的系統(tǒng)也隨之發(fā)展變化,更加重視工作效率、減少資產(chǎn)使用浪費(fèi)、提高資產(chǎn)的使用率等需求。為了滿足高校中工作人員的需求,自動(dòng)化固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)使管理更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、專業(yè)化,使用者操作方便易懂。特別是現(xiàn)在信息化普及到每個(gè)人的生活中的形勢(shì)驅(qū)使下高校中必須使用信息化管理。固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)在高校中應(yīng)用的必要性將改變物品傳統(tǒng)管理方式,不僅具有提高設(shè)備重復(fù)使用率而且具有有效控制高校中成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其實(shí)最終的目的就是讓高校在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中更規(guī)范,資產(chǎn)使用更合理,有效減少浪費(fèi)。與傳統(tǒng)固定資產(chǎn)管理相比,高校固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)更規(guī)范化、現(xiàn)代化,每個(gè)操作流程更透明化,便于管理員查詢。在系統(tǒng)中通過(guò)對(duì)物品的購(gòu)買、調(diào)撥、借出、報(bào)損、盤點(diǎn)這幾項(xiàng)服務(wù)的流程進(jìn)行分析來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)登記管理、調(diào)撥管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表管理和系統(tǒng)管理等系統(tǒng)基本的功能,供高校工作人員使用,來(lái)管理各類固定資產(chǎn)。高校固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)在高校中,通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中各個(gè)角色權(quán)限的管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了不同角色在使用系統(tǒng)時(shí)根據(jù)其服務(wù)特點(diǎn)的不同來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的功能,這樣才能體現(xiàn)出系統(tǒng)在使用過(guò)程中的合理性。高校固定資產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)基于java平臺(tái)開發(fā),系統(tǒng)中采用B/S模式開發(fā),利用SSH三大框架整合來(lái)搭建系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)框架,使用Tomcat服務(wù)器和Mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來(lái)完成系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。這些開發(fā)中需要的技術(shù)給固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供了更多有效的方案。高校固定資產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了高校中員工對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,是對(duì)之前管理方式的改革和轉(zhuǎn)型。信息化管理對(duì)閑置物品的使用率增高,使高校內(nèi)部固定資產(chǎn)的價(jià)值達(dá)到最優(yōu)化。固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)的好處及便利不只針對(duì)高校而且包括高校內(nèi)員工,是高校在資產(chǎn)管理方面必然的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of information, the system of fixed assets management in colleges and universities also develops and changes, more attention to work efficiency, reduce the use of assets waste, improve the use of assets and other requirements. In order to meet the needs of staff in colleges and universities, automatic fixed assets management system makes management more standardized, professional and easy to understand. In particular, information management must be used in colleges and universities under the situation of popularization of informatization to everyone's life. The necessity of the application of fixed assets management system in colleges and universities will change the traditional management mode of goods, which can not only improve the reuse rate of equipment, but also effectively control the cost in colleges and universities. In fact, the ultimate goal is to make colleges and universities more standardized in the operation process, more rational use of assets, effectively reduce waste. Compared with the traditional fixed assets management, the fixed assets management system in colleges and universities is more standardized and modernized, and each operation process is more transparent and convenient for administrators to inquire. In the system, the basic functions of the system, such as registration management, allocation management, statistical report management and system management, are realized by analyzing the process of purchasing, allocating, lending, reporting, checking, and checking of items. For the use of university staff to manage all kinds of fixed assets. University fixed assets management system in colleges and universities, through the management of the rights of each role in the system, different roles in the use of the system according to their different service characteristics to achieve different functions, In this way, the rationality of the system in the process of use can be reflected. The fixed assets system of colleges and universities is developed on the basis of java platform. The system adopts B / S mode to develop, three frameworks are integrated to build the service framework of the system, and Tomcat server and MySQL database are used to complete the development of the system. These technologies provide more effective solutions for the development of fixed assets management system. The fixed assets system of colleges and universities finally realizes the network management of fixed assets, which is the reform and transformation of the former management mode. The utilization rate of idle items is increased by information management, which optimizes the value of fixed assets in colleges and universities. The benefits and conveniences brought by the fixed assets management system are not only aimed at colleges and universities but also the employees in colleges and universities. It is an inevitable development trend in asset management of colleges and universities.
