【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,只有充分利用好知識(shí)資本才能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。媒體資產(chǎn)管理就是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代下的產(chǎn)物,媒體資產(chǎn)管理能使節(jié)目資料等潛在的知識(shí)資本得以充分的發(fā)揮利用,能適應(yīng)媒體行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展和激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),能推動(dòng)媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)得以快速發(fā)展。數(shù)字媒體資產(chǎn)管理對(duì)現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行了充分的運(yùn)用,是一項(xiàng)全新的研究課題,它依托計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、數(shù)字化信息處理技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代化技術(shù),對(duì)媒體內(nèi)容資源進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、數(shù)字化、信息化管理,從而提供了從媒體資產(chǎn)的創(chuàng)建、存儲(chǔ)、編目生產(chǎn)、檢索、發(fā)布等全流程的解決方案。中央電視臺(tái)音像資料館媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)是國(guó)內(nèi)建成的音像資料內(nèi)容豐富、規(guī)模巨大、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、設(shè)施完整,最能體現(xiàn)媒體資產(chǎn)管理技術(shù)、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)目資源共享的媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的概念,國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及論文研究的意義,討論了編目生產(chǎn)管理在媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)中的地位和作用,并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了編目生產(chǎn)管理的工作流程。重點(diǎn)介紹了中央電視臺(tái)音像資料館編目生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)中編目任務(wù)管理和編目審核管理部分的設(shè)計(jì)思想、設(shè)計(jì)方法,論文以SQL Server2000為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)、Visual Bacis6.0為開(kāi)發(fā)工具,詳細(xì)介紹音像資料館編目生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程:包括系統(tǒng)分析、需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)流程分析、功能設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、查詢(xún)?cè)O(shè)計(jì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)。為音像資料館媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)編目任務(wù)的收集、整理、下發(fā)、審核、查詢(xún)、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析提供了行之有效的手段。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, only by making full use of knowledge capital can we be invincible in the competition. Media asset management is the product of the era of knowledge economy. Media asset management can make full use of the potential knowledge capital such as program materials and adapt to the rapid development and fierce competition of the media industry. Can promote the rapid development of the media industry. The management of digital media assets has made full use of modern technical means and is a new research subject. It relies on modern technologies such as computer technology, digital information processing technology, network communication technology, etc. The network, digitization and information management of media content resources provide a solution for the whole process of media asset creation, storage, cataloguing production, retrieval and distribution. CCTV Audio-Video Archive Media Asset Management system is a media asset management system built in China with rich content, huge scale, advanced technology and complete facilities, which can best reflect media asset management technology. Realize the media asset management system of program resource sharing. This paper briefly introduces the concept of media asset management system, the development situation at home and abroad as well as the significance of research in this paper, and discusses the status and role of cataloguing production management in media asset management system. The workflow of cataloguing production management is briefly introduced. This paper mainly introduces the design idea and design method of cataloging task management and cataloguing audit management part in the catalogue production management system of CCTV Audio-Video Archive. The paper takes SQL Server 2000 as the background database management system and Visual Bacis6.0 as the development tool. This paper introduces the realization process of the catalogue production management system of Audio-visual reference Library in detail, including system analysis, requirement analysis, data flow analysis, function design, database design, query design, statistical report design. It provides an effective means for the collection, arrangement, distribution, audit, query and statistical analysis of cataloguing tasks in the media asset management system of the Audio-Visual Archive.
