【摘要】:隨著計算機技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,我們的生活和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的關(guān)系也越來越緊密。傳統(tǒng)的條形碼技術(shù)已經(jīng)滿足不了這個物流信息化的社會。取而代之的是具有防水、防磁、讀取距離長、標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)可加密、數(shù)據(jù)存儲容量大等優(yōu)點的射頻識別技術(shù)。雖然在物流管理系統(tǒng)中使用RFID技術(shù)帶來了很多便捷,但與此同時,它也伴隨著一定的風(fēng)險。由于RFID技術(shù)可以識別多個射頻標(biāo)簽,所以當(dāng)閱讀器周圍出現(xiàn)多個標(biāo)簽時,其發(fā)出的信號會將這些標(biāo)簽一起激活,從而導(dǎo)致多個標(biāo)簽會在同一時間向閱讀器發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),閱讀器在接受這些數(shù)據(jù)會產(chǎn)生沖突,以至于閱讀器會出現(xiàn)信息誤讀和漏讀的現(xiàn)象。為了解決RFID閱讀器識別多個標(biāo)簽時存在的數(shù)據(jù)碰撞缺陷,本文分析目前國內(nèi)外防碰撞算法改進的優(yōu)缺點,并在現(xiàn)提出過的基于二叉樹和四叉樹的自適應(yīng)防碰撞算法上增加八叉樹搜索,并通過一系列算法分析驗證基于八叉樹的自適應(yīng)多叉樹搜索能夠在有效地減少標(biāo)簽碰撞時隙的同時又能減少空閑時隙的產(chǎn)生,提高標(biāo)簽識別的吞吐率。為了更好地構(gòu)建物流信息管理系統(tǒng),本文將系統(tǒng)分為應(yīng)用層、系統(tǒng)接口層、數(shù)據(jù)平臺層和感知層。應(yīng)用層負責(zé)所有的UI,包括管理員和用戶對系統(tǒng)的交互體驗。還負責(zé)提供所有軟件的使用功能,主要包括了用戶管理、庫存管理、訂單處理以及配送管理。系統(tǒng)接口層主要實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用層和數(shù)據(jù)平臺層的數(shù)據(jù)交互。數(shù)據(jù)平臺層是為整個物流管理系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準格式化存儲和數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。感知層是以RFID射頻識別技術(shù)作為底層硬件技術(shù),實現(xiàn)在貨物出入庫、盤點以及配送過程中的信息采集。最后,本文實現(xiàn)了RFID技術(shù)在物流管理系統(tǒng)的庫存管理與配送管理兩個子系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并對原型系統(tǒng)的功能進行了測試,表明本文提出的基于RFID技術(shù)的物流管理系統(tǒng)能夠滿足各種實際需求,有較強的實用性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer technology, the relationship between our life and the Internet is becoming more and more closely. Traditional bar code technology has not met the logistics information society. Instead, it is a radio frequency identification technology, which has the advantages of waterproof, antimagnetic, read distance long, label data can be encrypted, and the storage capacity is large. The use of RFID technology in the logistics management system has brought a lot of convenience, but at the same time, it is accompanied by a certain risk. Since RFID technology can identify multiple RF tags, when multiple tags appear around the reader, the signals will be activated together, causing multiple tags to be read at the same time. In order to solve the problem of data collision when RFID reader identifies multiple labels, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the improvement of the anti-collision algorithm at home and abroad, and based on the two forked tree and the present. The adaptive anti-collision algorithm of the four tree increases the octree search. Through a series of algorithms, the adaptive multi tree search based on the octree can effectively reduce the time slot of the label collision and reduce the idle time slot, and improve the throughput of the label recognition. In order to build the logistics information management department better. In this paper, the system is divided into application layer, system interface layer, data platform layer and perception layer. The application layer is responsible for all UI, including the administrator and user's interactive experience to the system. It also provides the use function of all software, mainly including user management, inventory management, order processing and distribution management. The system interface layer is mainly implemented. The data platform layer provides data Standard formatted storage and data service for the whole logistics management system. The perception layer is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology as the underlying hardware technology, and realizes information collection in the delivery, inventory and distribution of goods. Finally, this paper realizes the RFID technology. In the two subsystems of inventory management and distribution management in the logistics management system, the function of the prototype system is tested. It shows that the logistics management system based on RFID technology in this paper can meet all kinds of practical needs and has strong practicability.
