【摘要】：當今,依托IT技術的區(qū)塊鏈和物聯(lián)網驅動產品與社會接入一個龐大的智能網絡。為解決新環(huán)境中供應鏈治理的機會主義風險和信任問題,可借鑒去中心且去信任的區(qū)塊鏈互聯(lián)網治理機制體系(含智能合約機制、共識機制、獎勵機制、安全透明機制、共享機制、協(xié)作機制、自治機制和分層結構機制),發(fā)展供應鏈智能治理機制。因供應鏈治理和區(qū)塊鏈都有集成使用價值和交換價值的趨勢,并且供應鏈治理研究有交易成本、資源主義和社會關系多視角集成趨勢,智慧型社會急需發(fā)展以行為觀為主、制度觀和結構觀為輔的供應鏈智能治理�；趨^(qū)塊鏈的供應鏈智能治理框架體系追求多種匹配(如治理相關因素與治理結構的匹配)的適度化以及匹配適度化的智能實現(xiàn),最終以良好匹配達成良好績效�；趨^(qū)塊鏈的供應鏈智能治理機制,關鍵在于以耦合匹配有效銜接主觀治理層和不涉人因因素的客觀運作層,并分層次、分視角地研究使用價值與交換價值的協(xié)調以及可持續(xù)規(guī)模/結構、效率和公平之間兩兩或三方矛盾的協(xié)調。立足區(qū)塊鏈治理機制體系的(事前)契約協(xié)調、治理結構與績效評價、匹配機制與耦合機理、(事后)協(xié)調機制的研究,有機銜接供應鏈治理多種智能機制。
[Abstract]:Today, IT-based block-chain and Internet of things drive products and society to access a large intelligent network. In order to solve the opportunistic risk and trust problem of supply chain governance in the new environment, we can draw lessons from the decentralized and trusted block chain Internet governance system (including intelligent contract mechanism, consensus mechanism, incentive mechanism, security and transparency mechanism). Share mechanism, collaboration mechanism, autonomy mechanism and hierarchical structure mechanism), develop supply chain intelligent governance mechanism. Because supply chain governance and block chain have the trend of integrated use value and exchange value, and supply chain governance research has the trend of transaction cost, resource-ism and social relations, the intelligent society urgently needs to develop behavior view. Supply chain Intelligent Governance supplemented by Institutional View and structural View. The supply chain intelligent governance framework based on block chain pursues the moderation of various matching (such as the matching of governance related factors and governance structure) and the intelligent realization of matching moderation, and finally achieves good performance with good matching. The key of the supply chain intelligent governance mechanism based on block chain is to connect the subjective governance layer with the objective operation layer which is not related to human factors by coupling matching effectively. This paper studies the coordination of use value and exchange value and the contradiction of two or three sides between sustainable scale / structure, efficiency and fairness. Based on the research of (prior) contract coordination, governance structure and performance evaluation, matching mechanism and coupling mechanism, (afterwards) coordination mechanism of block chain governance system, various intelligent mechanisms of supply chain governance are organically connected.
