【摘要】：固定資產(chǎn)管理是企業(yè)中一項(xiàng)重要而又基礎(chǔ)性的工作,科學(xué)的對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理能夠有效減輕企業(yè)的運(yùn)行成本。當(dāng)前在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,企業(yè)往往要根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的變化來(lái)調(diào)整固定資產(chǎn)的管理策略。然而五家渠村鎮(zhèn)銀行在固定資產(chǎn)的管理方式上還不能很好地適應(yīng)這樣的變化。本文針對(duì)這樣的情況,設(shè)計(jì)了一套符合單位實(shí)際固定資產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)在功能上可以很好的滿足用戶的實(shí)際需要,提高固定資產(chǎn)的管理水平和管理效益。本文描述的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)是基于MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式完成的,編程語(yǔ)言選擇的是ASP.NET,后臺(tái)使用了SQLServer2012。本文首先對(duì)課題發(fā)生的背景和意義進(jìn)行了描述,接著對(duì)完成系統(tǒng)所運(yùn)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和理論進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。對(duì)系統(tǒng)要完成的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)明扼要的敘述后,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求以及非功能需求進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過(guò)功能框圖、E-R模型圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的表結(jié)構(gòu)等方式對(duì)七個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了介紹。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,通過(guò)關(guān)鍵界面和流程圖的方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)的完成過(guò)程進(jìn)行了介紹。在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試階段,通過(guò)功能測(cè)試用例的方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能性測(cè)試進(jìn)行了描述。該系統(tǒng)已在五家渠村鎮(zhèn)銀行得到了初步的運(yùn)用,系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能正確。系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)完成的過(guò)程中所運(yùn)用的技術(shù)和方法,對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)同類系統(tǒng)也具有一定的借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值的地方。
[Abstract]:The management of fixed assets is an important and basic work in enterprises. Scientific management of fixed assets can effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises. At present, under the background of economic globalization, enterprises often adjust the management strategy of fixed assets according to the changes of the market. However, Wujiaqu Village Bank can not adapt to this change in the management of fixed assets. In view of this situation, this paper designs a set of fixed assets management system in line with the actual fixed assets management status of the unit, the system can meet the actual needs of users in the function. Improve the management of fixed assets and management efficiency. The fixed assets management system described in this paper is based on MVC design pattern, the programming language is ASP. Net, and SQL Server 2012. 2. This paper first describes the background and significance of the project, and then explains the key technologies and theories used to complete the system. After a brief description of the objectives to be accomplished by the system, the business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements of fixed assets are explained. In the stage of system design, the design process of seven function modules is introduced by function block diagram, E-R model diagram, database table structure and so on. In the stage of system implementation, the completion process of the system is introduced by the key interface and flow chart. In the phase of system testing, the functional test of the system is described by means of functional test cases. The system has been preliminarily used in Wujiaqu Village Bank, and all functions of the system are correct. The techniques and methods used in the process of development and completion of the system also have some reference significance and reference value for the development of the same kind of system.
