【摘要】：項目管理是一個企業(yè)管理中非常重要的一個部分,一個企業(yè)要想持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展,其中就不能離開項目管理系統(tǒng)。由于項目信息自身具有多樣性和執(zhí)行過程中的多變性,這使得在對項目信息進行管理的過程中也存在多變性。新疆聯(lián)通公司在項目的管理方式上,還是主要依靠人工進行跟進,工作量大,同時在項目信息管理的過程中,出錯的幾率也非常的高,由此而給公司帶來的損失也非常的大。因此,針對新疆聯(lián)通公司的項目信息管理的實際現(xiàn)狀,開發(fā)一個功能齊全、操作簡便的項目管理系統(tǒng)是當前急需解決的問題。本文結(jié)合新疆聯(lián)通公司在項目信息管理方面的實際現(xiàn)狀,以需求分析為基礎(chǔ),運用.NET技術(shù)、SQL Server 2010為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,開發(fā)了一套基于B/S架構(gòu)的項目申報管理系統(tǒng)。在功能需求分析中,將系統(tǒng)功能分為項目申報管理、項目運行管理、項目庫、用戶管理、基建及維修項目管理和系統(tǒng)管理等模塊,同時對系統(tǒng)的非功能性也進行了需求分析。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計階段,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)采用MVC框架,對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊進行了設(shè)計,對數(shù)據(jù)庫的E-R圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫的表結(jié)構(gòu)進行了設(shè)計。在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)階段,使用.NET技術(shù)、SQL Server 2010完成了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程。在系統(tǒng)測試階段,通過設(shè)計測試用例完成了系統(tǒng)的功能性測試。目前,系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)進入了試運行階段。系統(tǒng)的運行結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)較好的滿足了項目管理部門的實際工作要求。
[Abstract]:Project management is a very important part of enterprise management. If an enterprise wants to develop continuously and healthily, it can't leave the project management system. Because of the diversity of the project information itself and the variability of the execution process, there is also variability in the process of the management of the project information. Xinjiang Unicom Company in the project management, or mainly rely on manual follow-up, heavy workload, at the same time in the project information management process, the probability of error is also very high, and the resulting losses to the company is also very large. Therefore, in view of the actual situation of project information management of Xinjiang Unicom Company, it is urgent to develop a project management system with complete functions and simple operation. This paper combines the actual situation of Xinjiang Unicom in project information management, based on requirement analysis, using .NET technology SQL Server 2010 as backstage database, develops a project declaration management system based on B / S architecture. In the functional requirement analysis, the system functions are divided into project declaration management, project operation management, project library, user management, infrastructure and maintenance project management and system management, etc. At the same time, the non-functional requirements of the system are also analyzed. In the stage of system design, MVC framework is used to design the function modules of the system, and the E-R diagram of the database and the table structure of the database are designed. In the phase of system implementation, SQL Server 2010 is used to complete the system implementation process. In the phase of system testing, the functional test of the system is completed by designing test cases. At present, the system has entered the stage of trial operation. The running result of the system shows that the system can meet the practical requirements of the project management department.
