基于內(nèi)容的齊魯文化資源推薦系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:資源共享與推薦是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一,齊魯文化資源受到國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。本文研究的數(shù)據(jù)資源包括前期與齊魯文化研究人員合作建立的考古文獻(xiàn)資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、古典文獻(xiàn)資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、齊魯文化論著索引資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等160000多條數(shù)據(jù)。在三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文完成了基于內(nèi)容的齊魯文化資源推薦系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文的主要工作包括以下五個(gè)方面:1.通過(guò)閱讀大量文獻(xiàn),對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的推薦算法有了充分的了解;通過(guò)梳理考古文獻(xiàn)資源、古典文獻(xiàn)資源、齊魯文化論著索引資源三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),分析齊魯文化資源的特點(diǎn),完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析。2.根據(jù)齊魯文化資源的實(shí)際特點(diǎn)和屬性,設(shè)計(jì)了具體的齊魯文化資源推薦算法。該方法首先根據(jù)齊魯文化的特點(diǎn),采取專家打標(biāo)簽的方式提取資源的特征關(guān)鍵詞;其次,采用隱式評(píng)分來(lái)獲得用戶偏好,也就是根據(jù)用戶的歷史操作來(lái)構(gòu)建用戶配置文件;最后,通過(guò)Jaccard算法計(jì)算齊魯文化書(shū)籍資源和用戶配置文件的相似度,推薦與當(dāng)前用戶配置文件相似度最高的前幾個(gè)齊魯文化資源。3.依據(jù)前期的需求分析完成了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)采用三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型確定系統(tǒng)的主要功能。主要功能包括:資源檢索功能,查看瀏覽歷史功能,推薦功能,收藏功能,評(píng)論功能等。本階段還進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),包括系統(tǒng)的E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì)。4.根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了具體的基于內(nèi)容的齊魯文化資源推薦系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用SQL Server 2005、Visual studio 2008開(kāi)發(fā)工具,根據(jù)齊魯文化資源的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊,給出了主要功能的關(guān)鍵代碼、流程圖和運(yùn)行結(jié)果圖,并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,經(jīng)測(cè)試本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效果良好,可以投入到實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。5.目前國(guó)內(nèi)還沒(méi)有針對(duì)齊魯文化資源的信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng),本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于內(nèi)容的齊魯文化資源推薦系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)現(xiàn)有的齊魯文化資源的數(shù)字化處理和專家打標(biāo)簽處理,根據(jù)其內(nèi)容特點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源檢索、資源推薦、資源收藏、瀏覽歷史和資源評(píng)論等功能。
[Abstract]:Resource sharing and recommendation is one of the hot topics of academic research at home and abroad. Qilu cultural resources are widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. The data resources studied in this paper include more than 160000 data such as archaeological literature database, classical literature resource database and Qilu culture index resource database, which were established in the early period with Qilu cultural researchers. On the basis of three databases, this paper completes the design and implementation of Qilu cultural resource recommendation system based on content. The main work of the thesis includes the following five aspects: 1. Through reading a large number of documents, we have a full understanding of the current recommendation algorithm, through combing the archaeological literature resources, classical literature resources, Qilu cultural literature index resources three databases, analyze the characteristics of Qilu cultural resources, Completed the system requirements analysis. 2. According to the actual characteristics and attributes of Qilu cultural resources, a specific algorithm for recommending Qilu cultural resources is designed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of Qilu culture, the expert tagging is adopted to extract the feature keywords of the resource. Secondly, the implicit score is used to obtain the user preference, which is to construct the user profile according to the user's historical operation. Finally, the Jaccard algorithm is used to calculate the similarity between Qilu cultural book resources and user profiles, and the first few Qilu cultural resources with the highest similarity to current user profiles are recommended. The overall design of the system is completed according to the previous requirement analysis. This system adopts three-layer structure model to determine the main function of the system. Main functions include: resource retrieval function, view browsing history function, recommendation function, collection function, comment function and so on. This stage also carries on the database design, including the system E-R diagram and the database logic design. 4. According to the overall design of the system, the content-based Qilu cultural resources recommendation system is implemented. According to the characteristics of Qilu cultural resources, the system is designed and implemented with the development tools of SQL Server2005 Visual studio 2008. The key codes, flow charts and running results of the main functions are given, and the system tests are carried out. After testing, the system runs well and can be put into practical application. At present, there is no information service system for Qilu cultural resources in China. The content based Qilu cultural resources recommendation system is designed in this paper, which realizes the digital processing and expert tagging of the existing Qilu cultural resources. According to its content characteristics, the functions of resource retrieval, resource recommendation, resource collection, browsing history and resource review are realized.
