線纜行業(yè)市場項目信息管理與分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:項目背景和意義。線纜行業(yè)是我國產(chǎn)值第二大制造業(yè)行業(yè),全國有近萬家企業(yè),行業(yè)集中度較低,其中98%以上是私營中小型企業(yè),90%以上的產(chǎn)能集中在低端產(chǎn)品上,市場競爭激烈,行業(yè)平均利潤水平只有3%到5%。面對市場形勢嚴(yán)峻,獲取用戶的工程項目信息和提高項目中標(biāo)簽約率是銷售業(yè)績的基本保障。線纜行業(yè)的平均信息化水平較低,因為我國線纜企業(yè)的大規(guī)模發(fā)展是由于2000年以后我國工業(yè)用電需求的持續(xù)推動,經(jīng)過10余年的持續(xù)發(fā)展,形成了目前的產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。線纜行業(yè)的第一梯隊企業(yè)在最近10年進(jìn)入成熟期,信息化管理才提上議事日程,大部分線纜廠沒有任何信息化管理系統(tǒng),少部分有財務(wù)信息化系統(tǒng)。建設(shè)一套能夠解決市場項目信息管理問題的管理信息系統(tǒng)是線纜制造企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本項建設(shè)單位是國內(nèi)一家以電線電纜生產(chǎn)為主營業(yè)務(wù)的線纜行業(yè)制造企業(yè)。本論文項目來自魯纜公司華東輸變電產(chǎn)業(yè)園信息化項目。魯纜公司設(shè)定了“十二五”末主營業(yè)務(wù)收入翻一番的目標(biāo),在不大量增加銷售人員擴(kuò)大項目信息獲取渠道的前提下,需要提高項目中標(biāo)率一倍以上。通過實施市場項目信息管理系統(tǒng),提供規(guī)范化的業(yè)務(wù)管理和智能化的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能,指導(dǎo)市場營銷工作。本文在對系統(tǒng)需求全面調(diào)研分析和對技術(shù)可行性評估的基礎(chǔ)上,確定采用B/S架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)使用的是ASP.net語言,采用Microsoft MVC2.0框架。另外,由于數(shù)據(jù)分析功能的需要,引入了python語言的科學(xué)計算組件,搭配實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析功能。MVC框架實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層與數(shù)據(jù)訪問層和用戶界面的獨立,具有較好的可維護(hù)性。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是在Windows環(huán)境下使用微軟Vistual Studio2010SP1版本開發(fā),Web服務(wù)器采取微軟Windows Server 2008R2集成的Internet Information Service,數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server 2008R2版本。本文的研究的系統(tǒng)包括三個模塊,項目信息管理模塊、組織管理與配置模塊、數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊。項目信息管理模塊分為項目基礎(chǔ)信息和項目跟蹤信息兩部分,實現(xiàn)對客戶為源頭的線索、商機(jī)、項目、合同等信息及相關(guān)活動的綜合分析和管理功能,意義是反饋企業(yè)的市場活動效果,引導(dǎo)營銷策略;,組織管理與配置模塊實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)按照角色、職務(wù)、銷售片區(qū)、內(nèi)勤管理劃分的權(quán)限分配和管理功能,意義是靈活的配置銷售項目的歸屬關(guān)系,控制使用權(quán)限;數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊包含Web爬蟲、Wind大數(shù)據(jù)接口、數(shù)據(jù)分析三部分,實現(xiàn)Web爬蟲采集數(shù)據(jù)、Wind大數(shù)據(jù)平臺集成和銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析功能,意義是為銷售決策提供數(shù)據(jù)化的驅(qū)動支持;通過對本課題的研究,已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了公司的市場項目信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求功能。目前系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成功能測試和試運(yùn)行,并通過驗收。系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)已投入到正式運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Background and significance of the project The cable industry is the second largest manufacturing industry in China by output value. There are nearly 10,000 enterprises in the country, and the industry concentration is relatively low. Among them, over 98% of the production capacity of private small and medium-sized enterprises is concentrated on low-end products, and the market competition is fierce. The industry average profit level is only 3% to 5%. In the face of severe market situation, the basic guarantee of sales performance is to obtain the information of engineering projects of users and to improve the contract rate of winning bids. The average information level of cable industry is low, because the large-scale development of cable and cable enterprises in our country is due to the continuous promotion of industrial electricity demand after 2000. After more than 10 years of sustained development, the current industrial scale has been formed. In the last 10 years, the first echelon enterprise of cable and cable industry has entered the mature period, information management has been put on the agenda. Most cable factories do not have any information management system, and a few have financial information system. It is urgent for cable manufacturing enterprises to build a management information system which can solve the problem of market project information management. This item construction unit is a domestic wire and cable production as the main business cable industry manufacturing enterprises. The project of this paper comes from the informatization project of East China Power Transmission and Transformation Industry Park. LU Cable Company has set the goal of doubling the main business income at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan. Under the premise of not greatly increasing the sales personnel to expand the channel for obtaining project information, the winning rate of the project needs to be increased by more than twice. Through the implementation of the market project information management system, it provides standardized business management and intelligent data analysis function to guide the marketing work. Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the system requirements and the technical feasibility evaluation, this paper adopts the B / S architecture to develop the system. The system uses ASP. Net language, using Microsoft MVC 2.0 framework. In addition, due to the need of data analysis function, the scientific computing component of python language is introduced, and the business logic layer and the data access layer and user interface are implemented independently of the data analysis function. MVC framework has good maintainability. The development of the system is to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1 version to develop Web server with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 integrated Internet Information Service, and SQL Server 2008 R2 version to database. The system of this paper includes three modules, project information management module, organization management and configuration module, data analysis module. The project information management module is divided into two parts: project basic information and project tracking information, which can realize the comprehensive analysis and management function of the information and related activities, such as the clue, business opportunity, project, contract, etc. The significance is to feedback the effect of the enterprise's market activities, guide the marketing strategy, organize the management and configure the module to realize the authority assignment and management function of the system according to the role, the position, the sales section, the internal service management. The significance is to flexibly configure the ownership of sales items, control the use of authority, data analysis module includes web crawler Wind big data interface, data analysis three parts, The purpose of this paper is to realize the integration of web crawler data acquisition data and the analysis of sales data on Wind big data platform, which means to provide data driven support for sales decision making. Has realized the company's market project information management system requirements function. At present, the system has completed the function test and trial run, and passed the acceptance. The system has been put into operation.
