【摘要】：通過分析共焦顯微鏡在成像過程中因光學(xué)元件等位置偏差造成會聚焦點(diǎn)與針孔位置發(fā)生偏差而出現(xiàn)的圖像畸變現(xiàn)象,提出一種位置校正函數(shù)進(jìn)行插值運(yùn)算對非線性畸變失真圖像進(jìn)行校正和復(fù)原。應(yīng)用基于機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)提高位置校正后退化圖像質(zhì)量,在對單幅圖像進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練時,采用5層卷積和下采樣加入池化層以降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)的數(shù)量級。結(jié)果表明池化層可顯著提高運(yùn)算速度,同時使圖片的清晰度得到顯著提升。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the image distortion of confocal microscope caused by the deviation of optical element and pinhole during the imaging process, the image distortion of confocal microscope is analyzed. A position correction function is proposed for the correction and restoration of nonlinear distortion images. The quality of degraded image after position correction is improved by using convolution neural network technology based on machine learning. In order to reduce the order of magnitude of network parameters, five layers of convolution and downsampling are used to reduce the order of magnitude of network parameters when a single image is trained. The results show that the pool layer can significantly improve the operation speed and the clarity of the picture.
