【摘要】：基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)設(shè)備提供智慧健康服務(wù)已逐漸成為社會熱點(diǎn)問題之一。針對智慧健康中的睡眠效果問題,提出一種新的睡眠效果分析方法。根據(jù)睡眠的生理作用和特點(diǎn)提取健康睡眠特征,設(shè)置睡眠效果評估指標(biāo),定量分析睡眠效果;為識別影響用戶睡眠的關(guān)鍵因素,基于相關(guān)性分析方法分析用戶對各影響因素的敏感程度。驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)設(shè)備采集的睡眠數(shù)據(jù)和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提分析方法在長周期范圍內(nèi)具有較好的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Based on Internet of Things equipment , providing intelligent health service has gradually become one of the hot issues in society . In order to solve the problem of sleep effect in intelligent health , a new analysis method for sleep effect is proposed . Based on the physiological function and characteristics of sleep , a new method of sleep effect is proposed . To identify the key factors influencing the sleep of the user , the sensitivity of the user to each influencing factor is analyzed based on the correlation analysis method . The experimental results show that the proposed method has better stability in the long period range .
