【摘要】：針對(duì)冗余特征判定難題,分析了特征和特征之間的相關(guān)性以及特征和目標(biāo)值之間相關(guān)性的聯(lián)系,給出了判定冗余特征的準(zhǔn)則,在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了近似冗余特征的定義,并提出了一種基于冗余分析的特征選擇算法.算法分2步去除無(wú)關(guān)特征和冗余特征.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提出的特征選擇算法能有效降低特征維數(shù),提高預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of determining redundant features, the correlation between features and target values are analyzed, and the criteria for judging redundant features are given. Based on this, the definition of approximate redundant features is given. A feature selection algorithm based on redundancy analysis is proposed. The algorithm is divided into two steps to remove irrelevant features and redundant features. Experimental results show that the proposed feature selection algorithm can effectively reduce the feature dimension and improve the prediction accuracy.
