【摘要】：為解決實驗實訓課程中缺乏大型工業(yè)設備的問題,基于Virtual Universe Pro(VUP)設計了一種虛擬仿真物料分揀實驗系統(tǒng)。該實驗系統(tǒng)的物料分揀平臺三維仿真模型能夠模擬實際物料分揀的動作;能將虛擬物料分揀平臺與控制器S7-300連接,在STEP7編程環(huán)境中進行物料分揀實驗程序的設計、調(diào)試和運行。系統(tǒng)測試表明,該實驗系統(tǒng)可以完成鋁質(zhì)物料、鐵質(zhì)物料、白色塑料以及紅色塑料等4種物料分揀的基本功能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the lack of large-scale industrial equipment in the experimental training course, a virtual simulation material sorting experiment system was designed based on Virtual Universe Provost (VUPU). The 3D simulation model of the material sorting platform of the experimental system can simulate the action of the actual material sorting, connect the virtual material sorting platform with the controller S7-300, and design, debug and run the material sorting experimental program in the programming environment of STEP7. The system test shows that the system can perform the basic functions of sorting four kinds of materials, such as aluminum material, iron material, white plastic material and red plastic material.
