面向電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的用戶自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展、技術(shù)進(jìn)步,人類已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代。在移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)邁入4G時(shí)代的今天,如何提升用戶體驗(yàn),以服務(wù)用戶為導(dǎo)向,創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式,搶占新的用戶增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)成為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商面臨的新的課題。如何讓用戶獲得高效、便捷的服務(wù),提高用戶粘度,是運(yùn)營(yíng)商面臨的最大的難題。本文設(shè)計(jì)的面向電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的用戶自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng),力圖通過(guò)建立一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的門(mén)戶系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的用戶自助服務(wù),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)對(duì)內(nèi)支撐市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化、戰(zhàn)略決策,對(duì)外提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶數(shù)據(jù)的可管理、可共享、可增值性質(zhì)。建設(shè)的目標(biāo)是把系統(tǒng)建設(shè)成為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商與用戶的橋梁,成為用戶整合,獲得用戶體驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的有效途徑。同時(shí),運(yùn)營(yíng)商在使用這套自助系統(tǒng)后,可以減少大量的柜臺(tái)收費(fèi)、查詢等人工成本。為客戶不僅帶來(lái)了便利,同時(shí)也減輕了員工的工作壓力。本文的主要工作設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套面向電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的用戶自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)了自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu),把面向運(yùn)營(yíng)商的用戶自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng)按照功能需求劃分為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器層、應(yīng)用集成(EAI)及業(yè)務(wù)流程管理層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層、統(tǒng)一門(mén)戶層幾個(gè)部分。系統(tǒng)提供了與BOSS系統(tǒng)(包括客服系統(tǒng))、集團(tuán)公司的DSMP、經(jīng)營(yíng)分析系統(tǒng)、智能網(wǎng)、短信網(wǎng)關(guān)、OA等內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用相關(guān)的接口。其主要的功能包括前臺(tái)服務(wù)功能、個(gè)性化業(yè)務(wù)功能以及后臺(tái)管理功能幾個(gè)部分。在系統(tǒng)的部署運(yùn)行方面,主要設(shè)計(jì)了自助服務(wù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、web服務(wù)器配置、應(yīng)用服務(wù)器與數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器配置以及系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)的軟件系統(tǒng)及服務(wù)器的安全方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of technology, mankind has entered the era of big data. In the era of 4G mobile communication technology, how to improve the user experience, service-oriented, innovative business model, seize the new user growth point has become a new topic facing telecom operators. How to get efficient and convenient service and improve the viscosity of users is the biggest problem that operators face. The user self-service system for telecom operators is designed in this paper. By establishing a unified portal system, the self-service system of operators can be realized. At the same time, the system can support the market operation, network optimization and strategic decision. External data analysis of products and services, so that user data can be managed, shared, and added value. The goal of the construction is to build the system as a bridge between telecom operators and users, to become an effective way for users to integrate and obtain user experience data. At the same time, operators in the use of this self-service system, can reduce a large number of counter charges, inquiries and other labor costs. It not only brings convenience to customers, but also lightens the working pressure of employees. The main work of this paper is to design and implement a set of user self-service system for telecom operators. The overall framework of the self-service system is designed. The user self-service system for operators is divided into application server layer, application integration EAI), business process management layer, business logic layer and unified portal layer according to the functional requirements. The system provides interfaces with boss system (including customer service system, group DSMPs, business analysis system, intelligent network, SMS gateway, OA and other internal systems, as well as Internet applications). Its main functions include foreground service function, personalized business function and background management function. In the aspect of system deployment, the network topology of self-service system, the configuration of web server, the configuration of application server and data server, and the security scheme of software system and server are designed.
