基于.NET的高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前計算機技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展已經(jīng)影響到人們生活的各個領(lǐng)域。傳統(tǒng)的教務(wù)管理方法只適用于傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,現(xiàn)代的教學(xué)模式已經(jīng)發(fā)生變化,增添了許多校園中的文化元素。教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)對高校的重要意義在于促進其發(fā)展,減免管理人員重復(fù)的、繁冗的工作,解放管理人員,要求系統(tǒng)的管理規(guī)范化、設(shè)備科學(xué)化、操作人性化、流程信息化等。絕大多數(shù)高校都開始建立基于計算機信息化技術(shù)的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng),以應(yīng)對越來越復(fù)雜的教學(xué)管理業(yè)務(wù)和越來越大的教學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)信息。為解放教務(wù)管理人員,保證高校教務(wù)管理工作的效率,開發(fā)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為當前一項重要的工作。本課題經(jīng)過對過去開發(fā)信息管理系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗上作進一步的分析調(diào)研,以學(xué)校的教務(wù)管理工作為核心,研究教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向,并圍繞高校業(yè)務(wù)流程內(nèi)容,選用.NET、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫等先進信息化軟硬件技術(shù),采用三層架構(gòu)體系、UML統(tǒng)一建模語言和相關(guān)工具對系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)與測試過程進行了分層描述和分析,最終完成了系統(tǒng)的教務(wù)、成績、公告、教師信息、系統(tǒng)管理等多個方面的功能,設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)了一套教務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)。目前教務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成了開發(fā)和測試工作,在經(jīng)過測試之后已經(jīng)部署實施。從結(jié)果中表明,系統(tǒng)性能運行穩(wěn)定,是建立在系統(tǒng)頁面響應(yīng)速度基本維持在200毫秒標準內(nèi)實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)可以滿足用戶教學(xué)管理的基本需求,降低人力物力成本的同時提高管理效率,提供快捷高效的教務(wù)管理服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of computer technology has affected every field of people's life. The traditional educational administration method is only suitable for the traditional teaching mode. The modern teaching mode has changed and added many cultural elements in the campus. The important meaning of educational administration system to colleges and universities is to promote its development, to reduce the repeated and redundant work of managers, to liberate managers, to require the standardization of system management, scientific equipment, humanization of operation, information of process, and so on. Most colleges and universities have begun to establish a teaching management system based on computer information technology to cope with more and more complex teaching management business and more teaching data information. In order to liberate educational administration personnel and ensure the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities, developing educational administration system has become an important task at present. Through further analysis and investigation on the past experience of developing information management system, this subject takes the educational administration work of the school as the core, studies the development direction of the educational administration system, and revolves around the content of the university business process. Based on the advanced software and hardware technology of SQL Server database, the requirement analysis, system design, realization and testing process of the system are described and analyzed by using the three-tier architecture system UML unified modeling language and related tools. Finally, the functions of educational administration, achievement, announcement, teacher information, system management and so on are completed, and a set of educational administration information management system is designed and implemented. At present, the educational administration information management system has completed the development and testing, after the test has been deployed and implemented. The results show that the performance of the system is stable and the system page response speed is basically maintained within 200 milliseconds. The system can meet the basic needs of users' teaching management, reduce the cost of manpower and material resources, and improve the efficiency of management, and provide fast and efficient educational administration services.
