【摘要】:手術(shù)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)中的可視化技術(shù)是把醫(yī)學(xué)圖像二維序列轉(zhuǎn)換為三維實體,并根據(jù)需要為用戶提供交互處理手段的技術(shù),被廣泛應(yīng)用于術(shù)前規(guī)劃、診斷醫(yī)學(xué)及醫(yī)學(xué)仿真訓(xùn)練等領(lǐng)域,具有重要的理論研究意義和實際應(yīng)用價值。本文主要研究了手術(shù)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)中的可視化技術(shù),提出了基于區(qū)塊的多特征分割算法和基于Contourlet變換的分水嶺多目標(biāo)分割算法,并且完成了手術(shù)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)中的可視化。首先,提出了基于區(qū)塊的多特征分割算法,主要包括提取圖像特征、獲得區(qū)塊和標(biāo)簽傳遞,保證了圖像特征空間的完備性;在組建區(qū)塊部分,去除了低效特征,保證了算法的效率;在標(biāo)簽傳遞部分,制定了標(biāo)簽傳遞策略,并實現(xiàn)了基于區(qū)塊的多特征圖像分割算法。實驗結(jié)果表明,該算法能夠準(zhǔn)確地提取目標(biāo)區(qū)域。其次,提出了基于Contourlet變換的分水嶺多目標(biāo)分割算法,該算法對傳統(tǒng)的分水嶺分割算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并構(gòu)造了符合人眼識別系統(tǒng)的對比度金字塔模型,采用基于對比度金字塔的Contourlet變換和基于紋理梯度的標(biāo)記分水嶺算法相結(jié)合的方式解決了過分割問題。實驗結(jié)果表明,該算法能夠持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地產(chǎn)生正確的器官數(shù)目,抑制了過分割現(xiàn)象,并且對每個主要器官都有良好的分割效果。最后,實現(xiàn)了手術(shù)導(dǎo)航下的三維可視化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的主要內(nèi)容為:對圖像進(jìn)行分割以獲得不同的分割區(qū)域;然后給同一區(qū)域內(nèi)的像素設(shè)置相同的數(shù)值,不同區(qū)域的像素設(shè)置不同的數(shù)值,將圖像標(biāo)簽化;最終將標(biāo)簽化的分割結(jié)果傳遞給重建模塊進(jìn)行重建,并獲得了良好的可視化結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The visualization technology in the surgical navigation system is to transform the medical image 2-D sequence into the three-dimensional entity, and provide the interactive processing means for the user according to the need. It has been widely used in the fields of preoperative planning, diagnostic medicine and medical simulation training and so on. It has important theoretical research significance and practical application value. In this paper, the visualization technology of surgical navigation system is studied, and a multi-feature segmentation algorithm based on blocks and a watershed multi-objective segmentation algorithm based on Contourlet transform are proposed, and the visualization in the operation navigation system is completed. First of all, a multi-feature segmentation algorithm based on blocks is proposed, which mainly includes extracting image features, obtaining blocks and label transfer, ensuring the completeness of image feature space, and removing inefficient features in building blocks. The efficiency of the algorithm is guaranteed. In the part of label transfer, the label transfer strategy is formulated, and a multi-feature image segmentation algorithm based on blocks is implemented. Experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately extract the target region. Secondly, a watershed multi-objective segmentation algorithm based on Contourlet transform is proposed. The algorithm improves the traditional watershed segmentation algorithm, and constructs a contrast pyramid model in accordance with the human eye recognition system. The problem of over-segmentation is solved by combining Contourlet transform based on contrast pyramid and marking watershed algorithm based on texture gradient. The experimental results show that the algorithm can produce the correct number of organs continuously and stably, suppress the phenomenon of over-segmentation, and have a good segmentation effect for each major organ. Finally, the three-dimensional visualization system under operation navigation is realized. The main contents of the system are as follows: segmenting the image to obtain different segmentation regions, then setting the same value for the pixels in the same region, setting different values for the pixels in different regions, and tagging the images. Finally, the tagged segmentation results are transferred to the reconstruction module, and good visualization results are obtained.
