【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)持續(xù)發(fā)展和科技的不斷創(chuàng)新,信息技術(shù)在公安機(jī)關(guān)的建設(shè)中得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,建成的各類(lèi)警務(wù)信息應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)也越來(lái)越豐富,這些應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)匯聚了不同種類(lèi)龐大數(shù)量的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),并在公安工作領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。然而,隨著應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的日益增多,這些不同時(shí)期建設(shè)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在信息共享時(shí)越發(fā)困難,甚至因?yàn)樾畔⒌牟灰恢乱l(fā)了諸多問(wèn)題。因此,開(kāi)發(fā)一套可以起到橋梁作用的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),對(duì)警務(wù)信息化的進(jìn)一步建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。針對(duì)警務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,研究出了將各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)集成到一個(gè)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)中來(lái)的方案。首先,通過(guò)應(yīng)用集成管理將各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)名稱(chēng)、訪問(wèn)地址、系統(tǒng)標(biāo)識(shí)等關(guān)鍵信息存儲(chǔ)到管理系統(tǒng)中,交由桌面應(yīng)用管理對(duì)各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的展示。其次,通過(guò)統(tǒng)一用戶管理對(duì)用戶登錄信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,用戶通過(guò)登錄管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的直接訪問(wèn)。最后,通過(guò)通知通告為用戶提供各類(lèi)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)待辦事項(xiàng)和通知消息的統(tǒng)一提醒與查看。從實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求角度,劃分出系統(tǒng)所需的基本功能模塊,根據(jù)面向?qū)ο蟮拈_(kāi)發(fā)思想,以用戶為中心對(duì)各功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)需求分析。在分析的結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,采用三層架構(gòu)思想完成對(duì)各模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、流程設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)各模塊間的高內(nèi)聚、低耦合。系統(tǒng)以Web應(yīng)用服務(wù)器為支撐為用戶提供服務(wù),采用Spring MVC框架與MyBatis框架相結(jié)合的輕量型開(kāi)發(fā)框架進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),清晰完整地給出系統(tǒng)由理論構(gòu)建到完整實(shí)現(xiàn)的詳細(xì)流程,為多個(gè)離散業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的整合提供了重要參考價(jià)值。系統(tǒng)完成后投入到貴州警務(wù)公安廳中進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行,結(jié)果表明其仿計(jì)算機(jī)桌面的用戶界面、豐富的系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容以及熟悉的操作方式帶來(lái)了良好的用戶體驗(yàn),并且其良好的可擴(kuò)展性更是對(duì)后續(xù)警務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)節(jié)約了開(kāi)發(fā)成本和時(shí)間,極大地推動(dòng)了警務(wù)信息化的建設(shè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet and the continuous innovation of science and technology, information technology has been more and more widely used in the construction of public security organs, and all kinds of police information application systems have been more and more abundant. These applications bring together a large number of different kinds of business data and play an important role in the field of public security work. However, with the increasing number of application systems, it is more and more difficult to share information in these different periods, even because of the inconsistency of information. Therefore, the development of an application system that can act as a bridge has important practical significance for the further construction of police informatization. According to the present situation of police service application system, the scheme of integrating each business system into a police service system is studied. First, the system name, access address, system identification and other key information of each business system are stored in the management system by application integrated management, and the information of each business system is displayed uniformly by desktop application management. Secondly, the user login information is managed by unified user management, and the user can access the business system directly through the login management system. Finally, through the notification notice to provide users with all kinds of business system to do business and notification messages unified reminder and view. From the point of view of actual business requirements, the basic functional modules of the system are divided, and each functional module is analyzed in detail according to the object-oriented development idea and the user as the center. On the basis of the analysis results, the structure design, process design and database design of each module are completed by using the idea of three-layer architecture, which realizes the high cohesion and low coupling among the modules. The system is supported by Web application server to provide service to users. It uses a lightweight development framework based on Spring MVC framework and MyBatis framework to implement the system. The detailed flow chart from theoretical construction to complete implementation is given clearly and completely. It provides an important reference value for the integration of multiple discrete service systems. After completion, the system was put into trial operation in Guizhou Police Public Security Bureau. The results show that the user interface, rich system content and familiar operation mode of the computer desktop have brought a good user experience. Moreover, its good expansibility saves the development cost and time for the subsequent police information system construction, and greatly promotes the construction and development of the police information system.
