【摘要】：現(xiàn)金管理服務(wù)是銀行的重要業(yè)務(wù)之一,企業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理過程中,其可以通過實(shí)物、股票、債權(quán)等物資進(jìn)行質(zhì)押,以便能夠獲取較多的流動(dòng)現(xiàn)金,并且盡量的縮減企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理費(fèi)用,提高企業(yè)資金的使用效率,更加容易的控制財(cái)務(wù)成本,因此亟需開發(fā)一個(gè)銀行現(xiàn)金管理系統(tǒng),提高現(xiàn)金使用和管理成效。本文詳細(xì)地分析了系統(tǒng)研究的背景,分析了系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)金管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用存的問題,利用ASP.NET技術(shù)、ADO.NET技術(shù)、MVC模式、SQLSever2012數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等開發(fā)一個(gè)現(xiàn)金管理信息系統(tǒng),提高現(xiàn)金管理流程化、共享化和信息化,主要工作包括以下三個(gè)方面:(1)系統(tǒng)可行性與需求分析。論文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、社會、管理等方面進(jìn)行了可行性分析,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)是可行的,同時(shí)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化功能對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模,導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)功能,分別是轉(zhuǎn)賬匯款管理、工資發(fā)放管理、多級賬簿管理、定期一戶通管理、系統(tǒng)報(bào)表管理、系統(tǒng)管理等方面,從系統(tǒng)安全性、響應(yīng)性、可靠性、易用性等方面分析系統(tǒng)性能要求。(2)系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)。論文描述了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,對系統(tǒng)的總體拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、軟硬件部署架構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的每一個(gè)詳細(xì)功能,并且重點(diǎn)分析了ADO.NET數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問組件接口技術(shù),使用E-R圖和關(guān)系表設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,為系統(tǒng)提供一個(gè)訪問效率較高的數(shù)據(jù)庫。(3)系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文描述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境和數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問代碼,同時(shí)也描述了系統(tǒng)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容,分別是轉(zhuǎn)賬匯款管理、工資發(fā)放管理、多級賬簿管理、定期一戶通管理、系統(tǒng)報(bào)表管理、系統(tǒng)管理等方面等核心功能運(yùn)行界面,并且針對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,測試結(jié)果顯示其可以滿足現(xiàn)金管理需求。
[Abstract]:The cash management service is one of the important business of the bank. In the process of operation and management, the enterprise can pledge the goods such as material object, stock, creditor's rights and so on, so as to obtain more cash flow. And as far as possible to reduce the cost of corporate financial management, improve the efficiency of the use of corporate funds, easier to control financial costs, so it is urgent to develop a bank cash management system to improve the use of cash and management results. In this paper, the background of the system research is analyzed in detail, the present research situation of the system at home and abroad is analyzed, the problems of cash management system application and storage are summarized, and a cash management information system is developed by using ASP. Net technology and MVC model, such as SQL Sever2012 database technology, etc. To improve cash management flow, sharing and information, the main work includes the following three aspects: 1) system feasibility and demand analysis. The paper analyzes the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economy, technology, society and management, and verifies the feasibility of the system design and implementation. At the same time, it uses structured function to model the system, and derives the system function, which is the transfer remittance management, respectively. The function design of the system is analyzed from the aspects of system security, responsiveness, reliability and ease of use, and regular one-household management, system report management, system management and other aspects such as payroll management, multilevel account book management, periodic one-household connection management, system report management, system management, and so on, including system security, responsiveness, reliability, ease of use and so on. This paper describes the system design principles, the overall topology of the system, hardware and software deployment architecture for the overall design, using structured processes to design each of the system's detailed functions, The interface technology of ADO.NET database access component is analyzed, and the system database is designed by using E-R diagram and relational table, which provides a database with high access efficiency to realize the function of the system. The paper describes the system development environment and database access code, and also describes the implementation of the system functions, respectively, transfer remittance management, payroll management, multilevel account book management, regular one-account management, system report management. System management and other core functions run interface, and the system has been tested, the test results show that it can meet the requirements of cash management.
