【摘要】：各級(jí)部門在進(jìn)行公共事務(wù)管理時(shí)都要依靠公文進(jìn)行部門之間的溝通或者不同部門之間的信息傳遞。在上級(jí)部門向下級(jí)單位傳達(dá)行政命令時(shí),幾乎所有的命令都是依靠公文的形式進(jìn)行,甚至在傳遞國(guó)家政策和各類上級(jí)文件進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)各項(xiàng)工作也要依賴與各種公文。本文先是研究了浙江聯(lián)通公司的公文處理業(yè)務(wù)背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外公文處理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況,尤其有通信行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的公文系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,然后給出相關(guān)的技術(shù)綜述,包括技術(shù)框架結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)的統(tǒng)一建模技術(shù);接著給出了公文處理系統(tǒng)的需求分析,該需求分析是建立在對(duì)聯(lián)通公司整個(gè)辦公環(huán)境的詳細(xì)調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上得出的結(jié)論,業(yè)務(wù)需求分析主要以業(yè)務(wù)流程圖的形式給出發(fā)文處理流程、收文處理流程和辦畢公文的處置;在功能需求分析中首先給出了角色分析,表示了系統(tǒng)的主要操作者信息,然后以用例圖的形式給出了擬寫與制作公文用例圖、辦理公文用例圖、發(fā)文與收文管理用例圖、公文歸檔用例圖和通用數(shù)據(jù)管理用例圖,并給出了詳細(xì)的用例說(shuō)明和描述,著重闡述了各個(gè)用例的主要功能和操作數(shù)據(jù)流;接著聯(lián)系浙江聯(lián)通公司的業(yè)務(wù)背景和領(lǐng)域情況,結(jié)合實(shí)際描述個(gè)性化的公文處理需求如:公文歸檔需求等,并討論在處理公文中可能遇到的相關(guān)安全措施;在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中主要給出了功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),給出了主要模塊的順序圖設(shè)計(jì),并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明各個(gè)操作間的順序,然后描述了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì);最后論文進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試描述,在測(cè)試中給出了測(cè)試的任務(wù)目標(biāo)和主要測(cè)試方案。
[Abstract]:Departments at all levels must rely on official documents to communicate with each other or transmit information between different departments when carrying out public affairs management. When the superior department communicates the administrative order to the subordinate unit, almost all the orders are carried out by the form of official document, even when transmitting the state policy and all kinds of superior documents to guide all kinds of work, it also depends on all kinds of official documents. This paper first studies the business background of the official document processing of Zhejiang Unicom, the development of the official document processing system at home and abroad, especially the official document system with the characteristics of the communication industry, and then gives the related technical summary. It includes the unified modeling technology of technical framework structure and software design, and then gives the requirement analysis of the document processing system, which is based on the detailed investigation of the whole office environment of Unicom. The business requirement analysis mainly gives the processing flow of sending documents, the processing flow of receiving documents and the disposal of official documents in the form of business flow chart. In the analysis of functional requirements, the role analysis is given first, and the main operator information of the system is represented. Then, in the form of use case diagram, the use case diagram of preparing and making official documents, the use case diagram of handling official documents, the use case diagram of issuing and receiving documents, the use case diagram of archiving official documents and the use case diagram of general data management are given, and the detailed description and description of use cases are given. The main function and operation data flow of each use case are described emphatically, and then the business background and domain situation of Zhejiang Unicom Company are contacted, and the personalized document processing requirements such as document archiving requirement are described according to the actual situation. In the system design, the design of the function module, the sequence diagram design of the main module, and the order of each operation are described in detail. Then the database design is described. Finally, the system implementation and test description are carried out, and the task goal and main test scheme are given in the test.
