【摘要】:3D打印技術是一種先進的制造技術,在醫(yī)療、航空航天、汽車、模具、文化創(chuàng)意、教育等領域有廣闊的應用前景。目前3D打印個性化骨科醫(yī)療植入物已有多起成功的應用案例,在如何通過主管部門審核方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗。民用飛機結構件與骨科醫(yī)療植入物在重要程度、審批方式、認證流程等方面有很多類似的地方,因此在進行民機3D打印結構件適航認證時可以借鑒骨科醫(yī)療植入物審批時的諸多寶貴經(jīng)驗?偨Y了3D打印骨科醫(yī)療植入物的應用現(xiàn)狀、審批方式及面臨的問題,分析了其借鑒價值,旨在為民用飛機3D打印結構件的適航認證提供參考。
[Abstract]:3D printing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology, which has a broad application prospect in medical, aerospace, automobile, mold, culture and creativity, education and other fields. At present, 3D printing personalized orthopedic medical implants has been successfully applied in many cases, and has accumulated rich experience in how to pass the examination of the competent department. There are many similarities between civil aircraft structures and orthopaedic medical implants in terms of importance, approval methods, certification procedures, etc. Therefore, many valuable experiences of medical implants approval in orthopedic department can be used for reference in airworthiness certification of civil aircraft 3D printed structural parts. This paper summarizes the application status, examination and approval methods and problems of 3D printing orthopedic medical implants, and analyzes its reference value in order to provide a reference for airworthiness certification of 3D printed structural parts of civil aircraft.
