基于微信的電力運維管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:對于國有大中型企業(yè)來說,規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化的管理是企業(yè)的目標。有別于其他城市由國家電網(wǎng)的管理方式,大慶油田電力集團承擔(dān)整個油田的供電工作,作為油田企業(yè)為了更好的管理所轄范圍內(nèi)的電網(wǎng),大力推行信息化、數(shù)字化的管理模式,基于微信的電力運維管理系統(tǒng)就是為了能夠更好對電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進行收集和管理。本文講述了微信電力運維管理系統(tǒng)從系統(tǒng)需求分析,到設(shè)計整體規(guī)劃,再到應(yīng)用及功能實現(xiàn)方式。該系統(tǒng)主要應(yīng)用于油田采油廠所管轄的6千伏電網(wǎng)運行維護工作,用戶通過微信公眾號,可以在現(xiàn)場采集圖文語音信息直接轉(zhuǎn)存至PC端,還可以在現(xiàn)場或野外使用移動端查詢電網(wǎng)實時情況。該系統(tǒng)根據(jù)用戶分類可分為變電管理、線路管理、安全管理;根據(jù)功能模塊分類可分為角色管理模塊、信息處理模塊、報表模塊、查詢模塊、輔助功能模塊。系統(tǒng)通過微信公眾平臺的“開發(fā)模式”,將用戶發(fā)送的信息按照規(guī)則向PC端服務(wù)器轉(zhuǎn)發(fā),從而實現(xiàn)各項功能;谖⑿诺拈_發(fā)方式具有簡單易用、維護成本小、推廣空間大、安全穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)了電力企業(yè)綜合業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)電力企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)與企業(yè)績效的雙重管理。采用領(lǐng)先的微信公眾平臺作為開發(fā)平臺的油田電網(wǎng)運維管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,應(yīng)用實現(xiàn)的功能不僅限于油田電網(wǎng),所有生產(chǎn)前線類工作都可以使用此平臺開展各項業(yè)務(wù),例如用于采油工巡視油井等工作,類似的拓展功能還可用于各行各業(yè),本著投入成本小,使用效率高,上手簡單易用的理念,逐步開發(fā)更多用戶和市場。
[Abstract]:For state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, standardized, systematic management is the goal of enterprises. Different from the management mode of the State Grid in other cities, Daqing Oilfield Electric Power Group is responsible for the power supply work of the whole oil field. As an oil field enterprise, in order to better manage the power grid within its jurisdiction, it vigorously promotes the management mode of information and digitization. The power operation and maintenance management system based on WeChat is to collect and manage the grid data better. This paper describes the WeChat power operation and maintenance management system from system requirements analysis, design overall planning, and then application and functional implementation. The system is mainly used in the operation and maintenance of the 6kV power grid under the control of the oil field oil production plant. The users can directly transfer the picture and text voice information to the PC side through the WeChat public number. You can also use mobile terminals in the field or field to query the real-time situation of the power grid. According to the classification of users, the system can be divided into substation management, line management, safety management; according to the classification of function modules can be divided into role management module, information processing module, report module, query module, auxiliary function module. Through the "development mode" of WeChat public platform, the system forwards the information sent by the user to the PC server according to the rules, so as to realize the various functions. The development method based on WeChat has the advantages of simple and easy to use, small maintenance cost, large promotion space, safety and stability, etc. The integrated business system of electric power enterprise is designed and implemented, and the dual management of safety production and enterprise performance is realized. Using the leading WeChat public platform as the development platform, the design of the oil field power grid operation and maintenance management system is designed. The function of the application is not limited to the oilfield power grid. All production front-line work can use this platform to carry out all kinds of business. For example, the similar expansion function can also be used in all walks of life, in line with the idea of low input cost, high efficiency, easy to use and easy to use, more users and markets can be developed step by step.
