【摘要】：企業(yè)飛速發(fā)展離不開員工業(yè)務素質的提升,員工素質的提高離不開企業(yè)給員工提供的一些培訓學習的機會,在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的大環(huán)境下,在企業(yè)中建立一個網(wǎng)上培訓學習的平臺是非常重要的,不僅可以讓員工每時每刻都可以進行學習,還可以提高公司的競爭水平。本文以員工培訓管理信息系統(tǒng)為背景,以符合大多數(shù)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求為目的,采用C#軟件開發(fā)技術、MVC設計模式以及UML建模技術等進行設計與實現(xiàn)的,做的工作主要有以下幾個方面:首先,對中小企業(yè)對于員工培訓管理系統(tǒng)的需求進行了分析,將業(yè)務流程進行了規(guī)范化處理,并通過對其進行分解,得到該系統(tǒng)的功能需求,主要包括:系統(tǒng)管理、用戶管理、課程管理、培訓管理以及考試管理等,并根據(jù)中小企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡運行環(huán)境,對系統(tǒng)的非功能性方面的需求進行了規(guī)約說明;其次,根據(jù)中小型企業(yè)的實際應用環(huán)境,對系統(tǒng)的軟件體系架構、網(wǎng)絡體系架構等進行了設計,根據(jù)需求分析的結果,對系統(tǒng)的功能架構進行設計,系統(tǒng)采用的是ASP.NET三層架構的設計思想,將整個系統(tǒng)分為不同的模塊和層次來進行設計與實現(xiàn)的,系統(tǒng)分為三個層次,分別是數(shù)據(jù)層、業(yè)務邏輯層以及表示層,通過這種設計思想,提高了系統(tǒng)的維護性和靈活性。最后,使用簡單易懂的C#語言對功能進行了具體的實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在幾個試點企業(yè)中運行使用,該系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)打破了傳統(tǒng)的學習受時間和地點限制的缺點,能夠使員工隨時隨地的進行業(yè)務知識的學習。培訓學習完成后,需要對員工的學習情況有一個檢測,系統(tǒng)可以隨機的生成檢測試卷,并可以實現(xiàn)客觀題的自動閱卷等。提升中小企業(yè)員工素質,加強中小企業(yè)對人才的戰(zhàn)略性配置和規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of enterprises can not be separated from the improvement of the quality of the staff, and the improvement of the quality of the employees can not be separated from the opportunity of training and learning provided by the enterprises to the employees. Under the environment of the Internet of things, It is very important to set up an online training and learning platform in enterprises. It can not only enable employees to learn at all times, but also improve the competitive level of the company. In this paper, based on the background of employee training management information system, and in order to meet the development needs of most small and medium-sized enterprises, the design and implementation of MVC design pattern and UML modeling technology are adopted in C # software development technology. The main work done is as follows: firstly, the requirements of the staff training management system for small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed, the business process is standardized, and the functional requirements of the system are obtained by decomposing it. Mainly includes: system management, user management, curriculum management, training management and examination management, and according to the network operating environment of small and medium-sized enterprises, the requirements of non-functional aspects of the system are described. According to the practical application environment of small and medium-sized enterprises, the software architecture and network architecture of the system are designed. According to the results of demand analysis, the functional framework of the system is designed. The whole system is divided into different modules and levels to design and implement the system. The system is divided into three layers: data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Through this design idea, the maintainability and flexibility of the system are improved. At last, the function is realized by using the simple and easy-to-understand C # language. The system has been used in several pilot enterprises. The research and development of the system breaks the limitation of traditional learning time and place, and enables employees to learn business knowledge anytime and anywhere. After the completion of training and learning, it is necessary to have a check on the learning situation of employees. The system can generate test papers randomly, and can realize the automatic marking of objective questions and so on. Improve the quality of small and medium-sized employees, and strengthen the strategic allocation and planning of personnel.
