【摘要】：為貫徹信息化建設(shè)部署,某化工企業(yè)決定對儀器設(shè)備管理工作在以往的基礎(chǔ)上進行更精確、更方便、更科學(xué)的信息化管理,基于此提出相關(guān)需求及建設(shè)方案,其主要目的是實現(xiàn)并優(yōu)化對某化工企業(yè)儀器設(shè)備的綜合管理,使其能滿足現(xiàn)代計量管理的工作需要,運用信息化技術(shù)管理的科學(xué)性、準確性、易操作性優(yōu)化內(nèi)部工作流程,提高工作效率。本文首先分析了某化工企業(yè)在儀器設(shè)備管理工作方面的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,包括總體業(yè)務(wù)流程、購置管理、驗收入賬、臺帳管理、適用與計量管理等。利用用例圖分析了系統(tǒng)功能需求和角色,為后面的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。論文分析了系統(tǒng)遵循的開發(fā)模型及運行、部署模式。系統(tǒng)采用基于MVC的分層模型,使系統(tǒng)具備可擴展性。系統(tǒng)采用J2EE框架開發(fā),選用SQL Server 2008 R2數(shù)據(jù)庫。論文詳細描述了系統(tǒng)的詳細設(shè)計過程,使用時序圖描述了各主要模塊中類之間的動態(tài)交互過程。論文結(jié)尾部分詳盡測試了本設(shè)計系統(tǒng),最終得出滿足設(shè)計要求的結(jié)論。系統(tǒng)的運行可解決儀器設(shè)備管理過程中的資源協(xié)調(diào)與統(tǒng)一調(diào)配,提高業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行效率,為最終能夠輔助建立某化工企業(yè)科研生產(chǎn)體系提供有效的資源保障。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the information construction and deployment, a chemical enterprise decides to carry out more accurate, more convenient and more scientific information management on the basis of the equipment management in the past. Based on this, the relevant demand and construction plan are put forward. Its main purpose is to realize and optimize the comprehensive management of the equipment and equipment of a chemical industry and enterprise so that it can meet the modern times. The work needs of measurement management, using the scientific, accurate and easy operation of information technology management to optimize the internal working flow and improve the working efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyzes the main business process of a chemical enterprise in the management of instrument and equipment, including the overall business process, purchase management, acceptance check, account management, and application. Using the use case diagram to analyze the function requirements and roles of the system and lay the foundation for the system design behind. The paper analyzes the development model followed by the system and the mode of deployment. The system uses a layered model based on MVC to make the system extensible. The system is developed with the J2EE framework and the SQL Server 2008 R2 database is selected. The detailed design process of the system is described in detail, and the dynamic interaction between the classes in the main modules is described by the time sequence diagram. The end part of the paper tests the design system in detail, and finally draws the conclusion that meets the requirements of the design. The operation of the system can solve the resource coordination and unified deployment in the process of equipment management and improve the system. The efficiency of business execution provides an effective resource guarantee for the final establishment of a chemical enterprise research and production system.
